c	caro kraft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bin nicht ganz sicher welche !gekaufte! leitende funktion der christian brandtner in der kieferchirugie hat ??? ein arzt ist das nicht und jeder krankenpfleger könnte seine arbeit in salzburg besser erledigen...wirklich pervers ist es das jeder kieferorthopäde mit ihm zusammenarbeit muss und die patienten massiv schaden erleiden dadurch!!! I'm not quite sure which ones I bought! leading role of christian brandtner in jaw surgery ??? It is not a doctor and every nurse could do his job better in Salzburg ... it is really perverse that every orthodontist has to work with him and the patients suffer massive damage as a result !!!

Kummer bestens betreut und über alle Optionen beraten. Großen Dankeschön an diesen Service I came into jaw surgery with an acute problem in time pressure (upcoming vacation) and was treated perfectly. I felt well looked after by DR. Kummer and advised on all options. Many thanks to this service

Personal ist teilweise unfreundlich und macht einen genervten eindruck. Kommt man aber mal dran hat man das Gefühl in guten Händen zu sein. (Ist leider auch Arzt abhängig) Very long waiting times even though you have an appointment. Dates are not very important here. Staff is partly unfriendly and makes an annoyed impression. But when you get your turn, you have the feeling that you are in good hands. (Unfortunately, it is also dependent on a doctor)

Nach meinem 5ten Besuch in der Ambulanz! Längere Wartezeit in der Ambulanz muss man einrechnen da man dort nicht der/die einzige mit Problem sein wird. Auch mit Termin. Personal TOTAL freundlich!!! Behandlung immer super!!! Auch wenn man vl Angst hat, jeder SEHR einfühlsam. Alles in allem perfekt ? 3 days inpatient stay, first class surgical team, top aftercare. All of them friendly, courteous and very competent! After my 5th visit to the ambulance! Longer waiting times in the outpatient department have to be taken into account as you won't be the only one with a problem there. Even with an appointment. Staff TOTALLY friendly! Treatment always great! Even if you are afraid, everyone is VERY sensitive. All in all perfect ?
H	Hermann Mag. Luginger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich musste am 13.1.22 in die Kieferchirurgie. Was ich da bei der Anmeldung mit den beiden Damen erlebt habe, war absolut das letzte. Die beiden sassen hinter dem Glas und ignorierten mich einfach geschlagene 5 Minuten. Ich hatte Schmerzen und konnte nicht sprechen. Ich war der Einzige, der draußen stand und die beiden hatten nichts zu tun. Die Behandlung durch die Ärztin, das Röntgen und das dortige Personal war absolut klasse. Aber die Anmeldung war das aller letzte. Nachdem ich fertig war, brauchte ich eine Bestätigung. Also ab zur Anmeldung und es war dasselbe Spiel. Drinnen sass nunmehr nur eine der Damen, die mich wieder 5 Minuten ignorierte, bevor sie mich nach meinem Begehr fragte. Diese Dame (Inländerin) ist nicht von Haus aus unwillig. Im Wartebereich durfte ich erleben, wie sie eine ausländische Familie behandelte. Die wurden sofort nach ihrem Begehr gefragt. Höflich, zuvorkommend und freundlich wurde ihnen erklärt, was sie wo machen müssen. Schade das man keine Minuspunkte vergeben kann. I had to have jaw surgery on 1/13/22. What I experienced when registering with the two ladies was absolutely the last. The two sat behind the glass and just ignored me for 5 minutes. I was in pain and couldn't speak. I was the only one standing outside and the two had nothing to do. The treatment by the doctor, the X-ray and the staff there was absolutely great. But registering was the last thing. After I was done, I needed confirmation. So off to register and it was the same game. Only one of the ladies sat inside, who ignored me again for 5 minutes before asking me what I wanted. This lady (native) is not inherently unwilling. In the waiting area I was allowed to experience how they treated a foreign family. They were immediately asked what they wanted. They were explained in a polite, courteous and friendly manner what they had to do where. Too bad you can't give negative points.
