I	Irazú Campos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Era domingo y mi hijo tenía fiebre alta y dolor de oido fuerte, estuvo dos horas llorando q le dolía y me pedía q lo llevara al doctor, no iba a aguantar así hasta el lunes. Llegando a emergencias el pediatra me dijo q para la otra esperara al lunes para ir con nuestro pediatra, q no era una urgencia. Bueno al final el diagnóstico fue una infección en ambos oídos. Se me hizo de poco tacto, como saber cuando es una emergencia o no con un niño de 3 años ? Aparte q de el lugar estaba solo, habíamos solo dos o tres familias. Y realmente ningún niño parecía estar “muriendo” o algo a lo q se considere “emergencia” de vida o muerte. Donde vivimos no había ningún pediatra en NOTDIENST, así q tuve q manejar 40 km por q veía a mi hijo con mucho dolor. It was Sunday and my son had a high fever and severe earache, he was crying for two hours that hurt and he asked me to take him to the doctor, he wasn't going to hold out like this until Monday. Arriving at the emergency room, the pediatrician told me to wait until Monday for the other one to go to our pediatrician, it was not an emergency. Well in the end the diagnosis was an infection in both ears. I was not tactful, how do I know when it is an emergency or not with a 3 year old? Apart from the place being alone, we had only two or three families. And really no child seemed to be "dying" or anything that is considered an "emergency" of life or death. Where we live there was no pediatrician in NOTDIENST, so I had to drive 40 km because I saw my son in a lot of pain.
o	olivia nischelwitzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Akutfall am Samstag früh: keine längere Wartezeit, dazu ein sehr kinderliebes und freundliches Team. Der daheim noch verängstigte Patient ist anschließend entspannt, versorgt und schmerzfrei nach Hause gekommen und würde jederzeit wieder freiwillig hinfahren. Das sagt wohl alles. ;-) Herzlichen Dank und weiter so! An acute case on Saturday morning: no long waiting time, plus a very child-loving and friendly team. The patient, who was still frightened at home, then came home relaxed, cared for and pain-free and would go there again voluntarily at any time. That probably says it all. ;-) Thank you very much and keep it up!

Vielen lieben Dank für die super Betreuung ❤️ Super great team, no waiting (probably luck) and a very detailed discussion with the pediatrician! I am really pleasantly surprised! Die Ärzte sind meistens sehr gut, aber das Schwesternpersonal könnte freundlicher sein The waiting times are pure horror. I'm in as 2nd. And then wait 3 hours. The doctors are mostly very good, but the nurses could be friendlier

Parken am besten in der regulären Tiefgarage da nur wenige Parkplätze vorhanden. Very friendly and hard-working. Waiting times vary greatly - depending on the time of day and the number of patients. Parking is best in the regular underground car park because only a few parking spaces available.
V	V. G. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum teil sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter! Einfach nur Unorganisiert. Keiner weiß darüber Bescheid was der andere gesagt hat und als Patient wird man dann angeschnauzt. Ohne Worte. Das einzig positive war ein sehr sehr netter Arzt, der sich wirklich viel Zeit genommen hat. Some of the staff were very unfriendly! Just disorganized. Nobody knows what the other has said and as a patient you get snapped at. Without words. The only positive thing was a very, very nice doctor who really took a lot of time.
K	Kathrin Zisler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin einfach nur schockiert wie unfreundlich dort alle sind. Ich war mit meiner Tochter (3) dort weil sie einen Sturz hatte & am Kinn eine Wunde. Ihr wurde nichts erklärt was passiert sondern wurde aufs Bett gelegt & es ging los. Ich war mit ihr keine 2min drin,die nahmen sich keine Zeit! Obwohl wir nur zu dritt im Warteraum waren. Später als wir draußen waren ging ich noch mal zurück weil ich etwas fragen wollte. Klopfte bei der Tür an die Schwester machte die Tür auf sagte: "wir haben jetzt keine Zeit" knallte die Tür vor mir zu. Ich ging dann mit meiner Tochter zum Ausgang. Sie kam raus bei der Tür & fragte mich ob ich etwas brauch,ich hab dann gesagt es hat sich schon erledigt danke. Mir hats einfach gereicht. So unfreundliches Personal obwohl es eine Kinderklinik ist. Das Personal sollte einfühlsamer sein. Wegen dieser ganzen Situation kann ich nur einen Stern geben!!! I'm just shocked at how rude everyone is there. I was there with my daughter (3) because she had a fall & a wound on her chin. Nothing was explained to her about what was happening, but she was laid on the bed and off we went. I wasn't there with her for 2 minutes, they didn't take their time! Although there were only three of us in the waiting room. Later when we were outside I went back again because I wanted to ask something. Knocked on the door the nurse opened the door said "we don't have time now" slammed the door in front of me. I then walked to the exit with my daughter. She came out the door and asked me if I needed anything, I said it was already taken care of, thank you. I just had enough. So unfriendly staff even though it's a children's hospital. The staff should be more empathetic. Because of this whole situation I can only give one star!!!

They saved my daughter life after battle with digestive system...am forever grateful to the doctors and nurses..they are fantastic...very friendly and understandable group of healthworkers...may God bless u all
