The smile of the Madonna in the tympanum of the portal, the stained glasses from the late Middle Ages and their elevated position on a Hallstatt-temporal burial mound make this church one of the more interesting in the Graz city area.

Das gotische Bauwerk liegt auf einem sogenaten Drachenknotenpunkt. Vor der Christianisierung symbolisierte der Drachen die Verschmelzung der vier Elementaren kosmischen Kräfte . Primärelemte Wasser ( Vision ) Feuer ( Dynamik ) Skundärelemente Luft ( Intelekt ) Erde ( Manifestation ) Das sakrale Bauwerk besticht durch gekonnte Modernisierung. Der Altar ist Sehens ( Fühlenswert ) dahinter in Messing im Boden eingelassen, das Zentrum des Drachenknotens, welches über die Mauern in Richtung Osten weiterreicht. Wer sich zu benehmen weiß, kann hier ungestört Rituale durchführen. Vorausgesetzt sie entweihen den Ort nicht. Mein Tip: bei Sonnenaufgang außerhalb der Kirche unser Zentralgestirn begrüssen und sich mit seiner Kraft laden. Gegen Erde ableiten ( barfuß ) und umgekehrt.
