Alle samt keiner Macht seine Arbeit richtig sehr unzuverlässig Leere versprechen keine Kommunikation zwischen Lieferanten und Monteure. Habe vor einem Jahr ein Kleiderschrank bestellt der wurde falsch montiert der Fehler hat sich erst nach 1 Jahr gezeigt hab angerufen es kamen Monteure die haben gesagt er war ein Montage fehler so und haben vor Ort angeblich die Ersatzteile bestellt und ich warte 3 Monate und dann erst kommt ein Anruf vom universal das die Ersatzteile ausverkauft sind und es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt ok habe mir dann ein neuen Schrank bestellt und die meinen ganz unverschämt das ich den alten Schrank abbauen und denn neuen aufbauen muss was für eine Frechheit was für eine unverschämtheit die Mitarbeiter sind garniert zuvorkommend nach dem ganzen Blödsinn was sie veranstalten haben keine am Telefon kann was unternehmen jeder sagt was anderes so geht's nicht weiter. Und heute kam der neue Schrank und wir hatten ausgemacht mit universal das der alte Schrank jetzt doch abmontiert wird und der neue aufgebaut wird nach unzähligen Telefonaten aber was passiert heute kam der Schrank und wurde doch nicht montiert es wurde garnix gemacht der Schrank wurde nur geliefert ob wohl wir eine Montage aufgefordert haben was schon 200 euro kostet und habe eine bestätigungs email noch dazu also wirklich ein ganzes kasperltheater hier und sie sagen es wird sich jemand zurück melden du wartest 1 woche und es kommt nix mach muss immer selber anrufen so inkompetent. Absolutely cheeky what is being played here I would give 0 stars if I could I have been fooled by the universal team for almost half a year!!! All including no power to do its job properly very unreliable emptiness promise no communication between suppliers and installers. I ordered a wardrobe a year ago, it was assembled incorrectly, the error only became apparent after 1 year, I called, the fitters came and said it was an assembly error and they allegedly ordered the spare parts on site and I wait 3 months and then only a call comes from universal that the spare parts are sold out and there is no other option, ok I then ordered a new cupboard and they said outrageously that I had to dismantle the old cupboard and build a new one what an impertinence what an impertinence the employees are accommodating after all the nonsense they're doing no one on the phone can do anything everyone says something else it can't go on like this. And today the new cupboard came and we had agreed with universal that the old cupboard would now be dismantled and the new one set up after countless phone calls but what happened today the cupboard came and was not fitted it was not done at all the cupboard was only delivered whether We have requested assembly, which costs 200 euros and we have a confirmation email, so it's really a whole puppet show here and they say someone will get back to you, you wait 1 week and nothing happens, you always have to call yourself, so incompetent.

Dann wurde mir vom Kundenservice mitgeteilt das ich bis zum Frühling auf die Rückerstattung meiner Zahlung warten muss. Echt cool der Laden. Ach was ich noch anfügen möchte, ich bitte um Stellungnahme mit Angabe von Ihrem Geburtstag , der Blutgruppe, und der körpergröße incl. Gewicht Goods ordered, was a PC monitor, not working, sent back. Then I was told by customer service that I had to wait until spring for my payment to be refunded. The store is really cool. Oh, what I would like to add, I would like to ask for your opinion, stating your birthday, blood group and height including weight

Universal Versand ist dabei mein absoluter Favorit. Ich habe schon in jeder Kategorie bestellt, die das Versandhaus anbietet. Spielzeug, Möbel, Teppiche, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Bilder, Kleidung uvm. Es war die Lieferzeit jedesmal sehr kurz. Bei Rücksendungen hatte ich noch nie Probleme. Anrufe im Kundenservice wurden immer nett, kompetent und freundlich entgegengenommen. Ich bin bereits längere Zeit Gold-Kunde und erhalte sogar Speditionszustellungen umsonst. Wo gibt's das bitte sonst???? Bei Rücksendungen muss man nicht extra an den PC um sich ein Rücksendeetikett auszudrucken. Nein. Bei Universal ist dieses noch im Paket enthalten. Danke liebes Universal-Team. Ihr seid spitze. Lasst euch nicht unterkriegen. I don't understand the bad reviews. I also order a lot from pretty much every other mail order company out there. Universal shipping is my absolute favorite. I have already ordered in every category that the mail order company offers. Toys, furniture, carpets, fridge, coffee machine, pictures, clothes and much more. The delivery time was always very short. I've never had any problems with returns. Calls to customer service were always answered in a nice, competent and friendly manner. I've been a gold customer for a long time and even get free shipping. Where else is this please???? In the case of returns, you do not have to go to the PC to print out a return label. No. With Universal, this is still included in the package. Thank you dear Universal team. You're great. Keep on fighting.

Someone stole my monitor somehow. At first when they send me package sending confirmation was 9.1 kg. When i last time check my tracking number it became 0.7kg somehow. I am really angry now.
F	Florian Takacs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional company. Avoid them! I ordered three curtain rods and a slipmat in May. They did not send them by July, so I contacted them. The guy on the phone said I should have told them to ship the goods. So they shipped me one curtain rod out of three. After contacting them again in August about the whereabouts of the other products, they simply said they do not have it in stock. Asked for a refund, they refunded me one slipmat, but not the rods. So again I contacted them, I got another rod, but the third one I have never received, nor got refunded. Another thing: I asked a question about a product I found in their e-shop, the full item name provided - they needed the number of the product. I gave them the number and they reply me they did not find any product under the given number, so I should provide the name of the product. I am not even sure there are people working there. Even apes do a better job. Never again.
