Ich habe eine Jacke (Obermaterial Polyester) zum vernähen hingebracht. Der Riss war ca. 2cm lang und zurück bekommen habe ich es mit über 15cm Naht...was nicht mal das schlimmste ist, weil er dann noch viel zu heiß drüber gebügelt hat und zwar so, dass der Stoff geschmolzen ist. Seine Erklärung dafür war, dass die "Watte?" im Innenfutter schuld war, dass es zu heiß wurde. Auf meine Frage, warum er überhaupt darüber gebügelt hat, konnte er mir nicht beantworten. Jedenfalls ist die Jacke kaputt und der Chef war nicht mal fähig, sich zu entschuldigen, geschweige weniger zu verrechnen. Normalerweise verdient er gar kein Stern, aber das geht ja leider nicht...

I brought a jacket (polyester upper) to be sewn. The tear was about 2cm long and I got it back with a seam of more than 15cm...which isn't even the worst, because he then ironed it much too hot and the fabric melted. His explanation for this was that the "wadding?" in the inner lining was to blame that it got too hot. When I asked why he ironed it at all, he couldn't answer me. Anyway, the jacket is broken and the boss wasn't even able to apologize, let alone charge. Normally he doesn't deserve a star, but unfortunately that's not possible...
