★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Kollektion war früher besser sortiert. Hat stark nachgelassen. Personal ist immer ein anderes, aber unfreundlich und gar nicht kompetent. Vor allem desinteressiert am Kunden.Umtausch geht auch nicht, auch nicht am selben Tag.
 The collection used to be better sorted. Has waned a lot. Staff is always a different, but rude and not competent. Especially disinterested in the customer. Exchange is not synonymous, not even on the same day.

The business climate was very pleasant, the advice competent and helpful. The sellers are very hard working and very nice. I like the collection very much and I would very much like to come back to this shop in Herrengasse. Top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliche Verkäuferinnen. Die Damen sind sehr engagiert und sehr bemüht. Wurde sehr gut bedient und fühlte mich sehr wohl im diesen Geschäft. Die Kollektion passt! Habe alles gefunden was ich brauche. Komme sehr gerne wieder!
Very friendly shop assistants. The ladies are very committed and very eager. Was served very well and felt very comfortable in this business. The collection fits! Found everything I need. Would love to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin seit vielen Jahren treuer Benetton Kunde, aber so einen miserablen Kundenservice habe ich noch nie erlebt!! Scheinbar kennt man/Dame Freundlichkeit nur in Verbindung mit einem Kauf "ihres" Sortiments, sobald man etwas kritisch betrachtet und einen Lösungsansatz fordert, wird man in ein unhöfliches Gespräch verwickelt.
In Zukunft kaufe ich meine Benetton-Ausstattung wieder in anderen Filialen und bestimmt nicht vor Ort in dieser Filiale.
I've been a loyal Benetton customer for many years, but I've never experienced such poor customer service! Apparently one / lady only knows friendliness in connection with a purchase of "her" range, as soon as one looks at something critically and demands a solution, one becomes involved in a rude conversation.
In the future I will buy my Benetton equipment in other branches and definitely not in this branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I looks like the reviews are always bad for this shop and I just had a very uncomfortable experience at this shop with the staff accusing me of stealing things in my pocket.
I was just coming from the other side of the street from H&M and I was missing one beanie for my little girl. So I entered and the staff accused me to try to steal stuff and I had to show that I bought it on H&M.
girl told me not to take personally. Of course I take it personally and of course I do not apologise you. If I cannot afford to enter your shop I don’t enter. And btw selling a beanie 16 euros made in China, you should try to find a new seller position because your shop will soon close with the lack of customers.
Customers, if you do not want a product made in Europe or in Austria, at least don’t enter and cross the street. Goods will come from the same foreign country, most probably from the same hyper factory and the price will be 3 times less. Ciao Benetton Graz
