★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Blöd wenn man eine Duftstoffallregie hat und sich dann mit dem Duftstoff enthaltenen Desinfektionsmittel die Hände desinfiziert, hatte sofort einen Ausschlag ! Sonst hab ich jedoch nichts zu beanstanden.
Stupid if you have a fragrance control and then disinfect your hands with the disinfectant contained in the fragrance, you immediately had a rash! Otherwise I have nothing to complain about.

Das Angebot stimmt für mich auch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne abgeben!! Die unfreundlichsten Mitarbeiter die ich jemals im Leben erleben durfte habe ich am Samstag Abend den 14.08.2021 kurz vor Schluss live erlebt! Aufgrund dessen werde ich diese Filiale nie mehr im Leben in der Herrengasse besuchen oder gar betreten!!!
Bestellung die ich getätigt habe und bezahlt habe war im Shop anzufinden und die Mitarbeiterinnen haben sich geweigert meinen bestellten Artikel welches dann vor Ort im Laden war mir zu geben, da sie wollten dass ich das nochmal kaufe damit ich an einem anderen Tag das geld dann rückerstattet bekomme! Ich wollte nie das Geld zurück ich wollte nur mein Produkt haben, wofür ich bezahlt habe und den wollte ich nixht nochmal kaufen und wegen einem Artikel mehrmals von Leoben nach Graz fahren!
Das ist ne bodenlose Frechheit, dass Kunden die ohnehin weiter weg wohnen, solche Umstände zu bereiten obwohl eigentlich sowas hätte schnell intern gelöst werden konnte. Der Kundenservice somit me reine Katastrophe. Für mich definitiv klar, diesen Shop werde ich bestimmt nie wieder betreten. Bitte um sorgfältige Überprüfung welche Mitarbeiter eingestellt werden, denn mit so einer Art schreckt man die Leute ab. Da kauf ich lieber Online ein bevor ich mir sowas erneut antue.

If I could I would give it 0 stars !! I saw the most unfriendly employees that I have ever been able to experience live on Saturday evening, August 14th, 2021 shortly before the end! Because of this, I will never visit or even enter this branch in Herrengasse again!
The order that I placed and paid for was in the shop and the employees refused to give me the item I ordered, which was then in the shop, because they wanted me to buy it again so that I could refund the money on another day get! I never wanted the money back, I just wanted my product, which I paid for and I didn't want to buy it again and drive several times from Leoben to Graz because of an item!
This is a bottomless cheek that customers who live further away anyway, create such circumstances even though something could have been resolved quickly internally. The customer service is a catastrophe. Definitely clear to me, I will definitely never visit this shop again. Please carefully check which employees are being hired, because that kind of thing scares people off. I prefer to shop online before doing that to myself again.
If possible - 10 stars for the lousy customer service !!
