Sei es hinsichtlich Hinterlegungsfristen und -verlängerung (wie heute bei Frau Bernhofer geschehen) oder auch bei Anmeldungen am späten Freitagnachmittag bei Herrn Rauter. Sehr freundliche und bemühte Mitarbeiter! Ich werde auch hinkünftig meine KFZ-Anmeldungen beim Uniqa-Zentrum Hallein vornehmen! I received uncomplicated and competent advice every time, even though I am not a Uniqa customer. Be it with regard to filing deadlines and extensions (as happened today with Ms. Bernhofer) or when registering with Mr. Rauter late on Friday afternoon. Very friendly and hard-working staff! In the future, I will also make my vehicle registrations at the Uniqa Center in Hallein!
F	F F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut Inkompetentes Personal! Wollte für das Auto eine Zulassung erwirken. Der Vorherige Eigentümer war jedoch nicht der Zulassungsbesitzer! Somit stimmten Eigentümer und Zulassungsbesitzer nicht überein und der Kaufvertrag lief auf einem anderen Namen als die Zulassung. Was dazu führte, dass das Auto nicht zugelassen wurde! Dem Personal war es offenbar zu schwer zu verstehen, dass die Zulassung juristisch gesehen kein Eigentumsnachweis ist!!!! Sehr enttäuschen! Ein wechsel der Versicherung kommt nun in Betracht! Absolutely incompetent staff! Wanted to get an approval for the car. However, the previous owner was not the license holder! As a result, the owner and the license holder did not match and the sales contract was in a different name than the license. Which resulted in the car not being approved! It was obviously too difficult for the staff to understand that the legal approval is not proof of ownership !!!! Very disappointed! A change of insurance is now possible!
