Vielen Dank Herr Zechmann Man wird ja gar nicht ernst genommen. Sitzen seit 2 Monaten auf einem Schaden. Jedesmal wurden wir am Telefon vertröstet. Wenn man keine Lust auf den Job hat, sollte man Platz machen für Jemanden der arbeiten will. Unglaublich diese Agentur. Bleibt für uns nur ein Wechsel. Update: Two years later, a new insurance claim and it works :-) Uncomplicated processing and personal contact is working again. Thank you very much, Mr. Zechmann You are not taken seriously at all.
