★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIE WIEDER! 10 Jahre Kunde einmal ein bisschen größerer Schaden und keinerlei weiterkommen. Die Schadensreferentin ist unter jeder Kritik! Meldet sich nicht und ruft auch nicht zurück. Immerhin sind die Empfangsdamen sehr hilfsbereit
NEVER AGAIN! 10 years customer once a little bigger damage and no progress. The damage officer is under any criticism! Does not answer and does not call back. After all, the receptionists are very helpful
