★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anruf am 14.10.2020, um 14:00 Uhr, nach geschlagenen 8 Minuten meldete sich eine männliche Person vom Kundencenter, ich wollte mit der Z-Stelle in der Rosentaler Straße verbunden werden, anscheinend was dieser Herr nicht in der Lage mich dorthin zu Verbinden. Wieder Musik u. Tonband, nach weiteren 5 Minuten gab ich auf. Das Beste ist aber, dass am Anfang des Telefonates eine weibl. Stimme sagt, dass man nach dem Gespräch in der Leitung bleiben soll, um an einer Umfrage bez. der Kundenzufriedenheit teilzunehmen. Wie bitte soll das gehen, wenn kein Gespräch zustande kommt???? Ist vermutlich wohl als kleiner Scherz gedacht!
Call on October 14th, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., after 8 minutes a male answered from the customer center, I wanted to be connected to the Z-point in Rosentaler Straße, apparently what this gentleman was not able to connect me there . Music again Tape, after another 5 minutes I gave up. But the best thing is that at the beginning of the phone call a female Voice says that you should stay on the line after the conversation to take part in a survey. to participate in customer satisfaction. How is that supposed to work if there is no conversation ???? Probably meant as a little joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Arbeiten haben die Herrschaften in der Filiale Rosentaler Strasse nicht erfunden!! Laut Internet sollte die KFZ Zulassungsstelle um 7:30 Uhr öffnen.
Habe bis 8:30 versucht dort jemanden zu erreichen, die nette Dame vom Kundenservice hat mehrmals versucht mich mit dieser Filiale zu verbinden. Leider ohne Erfolg! Wahrscheinlich waren die Herrschaften noch mit Kaffeeklatsch beschäftigt.
The gentlemen in the Rosentaler Strasse branch did not invent work !! According to the Internet, the vehicle registration office should open at 7:30 a.m.
I tried to reach someone there until 8:30 am, the nice lady from customer service tried several times to connect me to this branch. Unfortunately without success! Probably the gentlemen were still busy with coffee gossip.
