H	Horst H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist soooo mühsam. Gebühren ohne Ende. Onlinebanking wie in der Pre-Google Ära. Um ein einfaches Sparkonto online zu eröffnen, brauch ich 4 Tage!!! 2 Tage um mich als "natürliche Person" zu verifizieren (obwohl ich seit 25 Jahren dort Kunde bin) und 2 Tage dass die Sparkonten dann endlich angelegt sind und ich darauf zugreifen kann. Und das steht aber nirgends. Das muss man sich mühsam bei der Hotline erfragen warums nicht gleich verfügbar sind. Zum Vergleich, bei der Ing-Diba warens damals 2 klicks und konnte schon damit arbeiten. Das Online Banking schmeißt mich immer wieder raus. Wenn man in der Filiale was braucht horrende Wartezeiten und überhebliche Beratung. Was mit dem CHF Krediten aufgeführt wurde von dem red ich gar nicht. Aja und Kreditzinsen sind ein Witz, die Erste hat 3 mal bessere Konditionen. Das alles ist meine persönliche Meinung und Erfahrung, soll sich selber jeder sein Bild machen. It's sooo tedious. Endless fees. Online banking like in the pre-Google era. To open a simple savings account online, I need 4 days !!! 2 days to verify myself as a "natural person" (although I have been a customer there for 25 years) and 2 days that the savings accounts are finally set up and I can access them. And that is nowhere to be found. You have to laboriously ask the hotline why they are not immediately available. For comparison, at Ing-Diba there were 2 clicks at the time and could already work with it. Online banking keeps throwing me out. If you have something in the branch, horrendous waiting times and arrogant advice. I'm not talking about what was listed with the CHF credit. Aja and loan interest are a joke, the first one has 3 times better terms. All of this is my personal opinion and experience, everyone should get their own picture.
F	Florian Knett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 13 Tage vergingen bis der Antrag meiner Kreditkarte endlich bei der Kreditkartenfirma eingegangen ist. 0 Verständnis seitens der Bank Austria über diverse Ärgernisse? ich zahle jz meine Kreditkarte das erste Monat ohne dass ich sie nutzen kann da die Kreditkarte nicht rechtzeitig vor meinem Auslandsaufenthalt ankommt. Vielen Dank für diese Ignoranz und 0 Verständnis! ? Kontakt zu Betreuerteam wird lediglich abgewimmelt mit aufgrund der erhöhten Nachfrage dauert es länger aber beim Gebühren verlangen und beim zahlen muss alles auf Zack gehen aber wenn man Mal was von der Bank braucht ach das dauert länger ?? Ich bin bis ins tiefste angefressen!!! 13 days passed before the credit card company finally received my credit card application. 0 understanding on the part of Bank Austria about various annoyances ? I am currently paying my credit card for the first month without being able to use it because the credit card does not arrive in time for my stay abroad. Thank you for this ignorance and 0 understanding! ? Contact with the support team is simply brushed off with due to the increased demand it takes longer but when charging fees and paying everything has to go on the ball but if you need something from the bank oh that takes longer ?? I'm eaten to the core!!!
