★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 22.09.2020 besuchten wir die Filiale Linzerstr.402 um ein Sparbuch aufzulösen die Abwicklung war eine Zumutung auf unsere Fragen bekamen wir keine kongreten Antworten auch war nicht genug Bargeld vorhanden also eine Überweisung ich rief bei der Kunden nr.an mir wurde versichert das ich einen Rückruf von fr.Honsel so habe ich den Namen verstanden bekomme Ergebnis kein Anruf. Am 23.09.2020 um 15:04 rief ich wieder an,am Telefon war HR.ALEXANDER KREJCIRIK er bestätigte mir das ein Anruf zugesagt wurde es täte im Leid und fragte mich ob er mir weiterhelfen kann ich erklärte im um was es ging und er nahm sich Zeit
(23 min.und 22 sek.) mir professionell zu erklären wie die Angaben im Sparbuch zu verstehen sind der eine Stern ist für die Filiale
HR.ALEXANDER KREJCIRIK bekommt von mir⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐und das sind noch zu wenig.
Das ist Kundendienst perfekt herzlichen Glückwunsch zu solchen Mitarbeitern nochmals besten Dank Reinberger
On September 22nd, 2020 we visited the branch in Linzerstr. 402 to open a savings account, the processing was an impertinence to our questions, we did not get any congruent answers and there was not enough cash available, so a transfer I called the customer number I was assured that I would a callback from fr.Honsel so I understood the name, result no call. On September 23rd, 2020 at 3:04 pm I called again, on the phone was HR.ALEXANDER KREJCIRIK, he confirmed that a call had been promised I was sorry and asked me if he could help me I explained what it was about and he took it time
(23 min. And 22 sec.) Explain to me professionally how the information in the savings account should be understood - the one star is for the branch
HR.ALEXANDER KREJCIRIK gets from me⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐and that's still not enough.
Customer service is perfect, congratulations on such employees, thanks again Reinberger
