Mit der Arbeitswelt sehr leicht zu vereinbaren, man muss ja nur einen Urlaubstag nehmen. Kundenservice pur. Vielleicht könnte man sich über Öffnungszeiten am Nachmittag Gedanken machen, um den Bedürfnissen der Kunden besser gerecht zu werden. Wenn man berufstätig ist hat man keine Chance jemals jemanden zu erreichen, da muss man sich Urlaub nehmen extra, das kanns ja auch nicht sein. Nicht mal telefonisch ist am Nachmittag jemand zu erreichen. Bitte Öffnungszeiten überarbeiten, bei anderen Banken geht das ja auch das wenigstens 1 bis 2 mal pro Woche nachmittags offen ist. Ich bin seit über 30 Jahren Kunde und wurde behandelt, als wäre ich eine Nummer, sehr fein! Es dürfen wahrscheinlich nachmitags nur Geschäfte zu gunsten der Bank gemacht werden.
