Not even worth 1 star, you can NEVER be reached by phone, absolutely ZERO customer service, very unfriendly employees

Kundenservice null info null freundlichkeit 00000 ich kann nicht verstehn wie jemand der null bock auf doe Arbeit hat am hörer bzw an Rezeption arbeitet
How can it be that you have to wait 30min for someone to take off and then immediately put on cheekiness.
Customer service null info zero friendliness 00000 I can not understand how someone who has no desire to do work on the handset or at the reception

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut mies. Man kann nicht einmal so ohne weiteres die Rückzahlsumme für einen kleinen Konsumerkredit erhöhen. Darüber hinaus sind die Mitarbeiter extrem inkompetent und unfreundlich. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Einfach katastrophal!!! Ich kann nur vor dieser dubiosen Bank warnen.
Absolutely lousy. You can't even easily increase the repayment amount for a small consumer loan. In addition, the employees are extremely incompetent and unfriendly. Absolutely not recommended. Simply catastrophic! I can only warn against this dubious bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann ich nicht weniger als einen Stern geben. Telefonisch hebt keiner ab, auf Online-Anfragen wird nicht reagiert. Kommt man zur Filiale, muß man 1 1/2 Stunden warten und kommt schlußendlich trotzdem nicht, dran weil man keinen Termin hat. Service ist unter jeder Sau! Wirklich eine Frechheit.
Unfortunately, I can't give less than one star. Nobody picks up the phone and there is no response to online inquiries. If you come to the branch, you have to wait 1 1/2 hours and in the end you still don't get it because you don't have an appointment. Service is under every sow! Really a cheek.

Terminates salary/pension account after 43 years !!! Because the bank no longer fits the conditions agreed at the time ? by no means customer-friendly
