★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich den Preis eines Feuerlöschers erfrage bzw kaufe und ich bekomme als Antwort 80 Euro, gehe ich davon aus, dass dies der Bruttopreis, respektive inkl Mwst, ist. Wenn man dann auf der Rechnung sieht, dass es nicht so ist, fühlt man sich verladen. Ganz ehrlich, ich denke ein gutes Unternehmen hat solche Praktiken nicht nötig. Man ärgert damit nur Kunden und schwächt deren Vertrauen in das Unternehmen.
If I ask for or buy the price of a fire extinguisher and I get 80 euros as an answer, I assume that this is the gross price or including VAT. If you then see on the invoice that this is not the case, you feel loaded. In all honesty, I don't think a good company needs such practices. It only annoys customers and weakens their trust in the company.
