Man sollte sich allerdings einen Termin vereinbaren, spontan ist eher problematisch. Preis liegt glaub ich recht gut, da zahl ich bei einer Markenwerkstatt doch deutlich mehr. I have been doing my annual service there for some time now, including a spot check, and have always been served well. However, you should make an appointment, spontaneously is rather problematic. I think the price is quite good, because I pay a lot more at a brand workshop.
b	bojman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit mehreren Jahren mache ich Pickerl-Überprüfung bei Hr. Ulbel. Er hat bei meinem Auto zweimail einige kleinere Reparaturen durchgeführt bzw. Bodenshütz eingesetzt. Die Dame ist ok, die andere Mitarbeiter sind relativ unfreundlich. Der (Haupt-)Meister ist kompetent, zeigt aber auch gewisse Arroganz. Bei mir hat er z.B. zweimal Bremsflüssigkeit unnötig geändert. Vor kurzem haben die Buben bei meinem Auto einige schwere Mängel entdeckt. Einen groben Kostenvoranschlag haben die kalkuliert, wobei die Preise für die Ersatzteile bei 1100€, und für die Arbeit bei 500 lagen. Ich habe später eine andere Werkstatt gefunden, wo die Service insgesamt 400€ günstiger war. Insgesamt verstehe ich diese Leute nicht. Die zeigen wenige Interesse an Kunden und die Arbeit. Für die nächste Pickerls werde ich mir eine andere Werkstatt ausfinden. For several years I have been doing spot checks at Mr. Ulbel. He did two minor repairs on my car or used ground protection. The lady is ok, the other staff are relatively rude. The (main) master is competent, but also shows a certain arrogance. With me he has e.g. Brake fluid changed twice unnecessarily. Recently the boys discovered some serious defects in my car. They calculated a rough estimate, with the prices for the spare parts at € 1,100 and for the work at € 500. I later found another workshop where the service was € 400 cheaper overall. Overall, I don't understand these people. They show little interest in customers and work. I will find another workshop for the next pickerls.
