Neither the time nor the date were set.

Sowohl fachlich (4x bei 2 Uhren: 2 gar nicht bearbeitet, eine verstaubt und völlig verstellt, auch Uhrband , +ein Federstift kaputt) als leider auch betreuungsmäßig (keine Info, falsch kassiert...) unverständlich, war bisher nie so After years of complete satisfaction, we are currently very disappointed! Both technically (4x with 2 watches: 2 not processed at all, one dusty and completely misaligned, also watch strap, + a spring pin broken) and unfortunately also in terms of care (no information, wrongly collected ...) incomprehensible, has never been like that

Das Ersatzteil was fehlerhaft war wurde von uns auf Garantie gegen ein neues ausgetauscht und sie wurden von mir und meiner Kollegin mehrmals telefonisch angerufen nur konnten wir leider niemanden erreichen. Sie müssen natürlich verstehen dass ich das auszutauschende Ersatzteil bestellen musste und dadurch ein paar Tage Lieferzeit anfallen. Dass die Uhrzeit und das Datum nicht richtig eingestellt wurde kann ich mir nicht vorstellen da die Uhr beim Aushändigen an den Kunden von uns nochmals kontrolliert wird. Bei weiteren Fragen können Sie natürlich gerne bei uns im Geschäft vorbeikommen und reden über das Missverständnis was hier aufgetreten ist. The spare part that was faulty was replaced by a new one on guarantee and I and my colleague called them several times by phone, but unfortunately we could not reach anyone. I cannot imagine that the time and date were not set correctly because the watch is checked again by us when it is handed over to the customer. R	R. von Reiser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine von Uhrmachermeister Friedrich Pfeffel erworbene Quarzuhr bleibt irgendwann stehen. Na gut, auf zum Batterietausch, nach kurzer Besichtigung meiner Uhr die Ernüchterung - Werk kaputt da Batterie ausgelaufen. Da es den Hersteller aber nicht mehr gibt - versprach mir Uhrmachermeister & Juwelier Friedrich Pfeffel sich darum zu kümmern - sofern das Werk noch aufzutreiben wäre. Nach Erhalt des Abholausweises wartete ich geduldig auf Nachricht. Ab da beginnt die endlose Geschichte , nach drei Telefonaten und drei Besuchen im Geschäft, wobei mir beim letzten ,nach meinem dafürhalten, ziemlich "pampigen" Antwort - Ich habe derzeit recht viel zu tun, da kann ich nicht auch noch jeder Kunde hinterher Telefonieren, zwischenzeitlich war ja auch Corona Look Down. Die Moral von der Geschicht - meine Uhr hab ich noch immer nicht (selbstredend auch keinen wie auch immer gearteten Rückruf ). Ich werde nach Ende des dieses Look Downs abermals bei Uhrmachermeister & Juwelier Friedrich Pfeffel vorstellig werden und meine Uhr einfach mitnehmen - da es mir nach mehrmonatigem warten einfach reicht. At the end of this look down, I will again go to watchmaker & jeweler Friedrich Pfeffel and just take my watch with me - because after several months of waiting, it is enough for me.
