★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparably bad quality of the Döner (Well, If you have to mention it in the company name, that gives a hint). When returning with a complaint the reaction is somewhere between ignoring and offended. Sorry, but no matter where I buy my food - I want to have the appropriate quality for my money. This area only is in business because of lots of hungry teenagers from Bermuda triangle nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy who was taking order was quite unfriendly.. when asked the question "is it halal", he litterally shaked his shoulders and mocked us rather rhan replying "yes or no"...!! And then he started taking orders randomly from line like a king...
In my past 6 years of vienna , this is the worst experience of customer service. Althoigh they are central and open late night so they have monopoly but still they should learn to respect customer..!!
Being kind of only option, food was not bad. they were clean which is good.. but everything taste bad when served with bad attitude..!!
So, if you are there at day time, try next door swing kitchen or even macD which is will be better value of your money..but at night , you are kind of stuck with them
But will not recommend this place and wont visit it again at all

Great suggestions for vegetarian and vegan, plus make your own Duran Wraps with veggies or meat selections. Also Pizza, Kebabs, Brats, drinks and lively conversation in English, German, French, and more! BRAVO!!!
