Ich hatte mit Burnout und Depressionen gekämpft, bzw. sie unterstützt mich bei meiner Stabilisierung. Ich atme besser fühle mich innerlich leichter verspüre nicht den Druck auf der Brust, wo ich oft gedacht hatte ich erstick gleich.
