★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten bereits vor 4 Wochen für gestern einen Van gebucht, um Möbel zu transportieren. 10 Minuten vor Reservierungsbeginn wurde plötzlich vom System automatisch storniert, angeblich kein Fahrzeug da - waren aber zwei am Parkplatz.
So nett der Service-Mann am Telefon auch war, in Wahrheit konnte und kann er nicht helfen, weil er nichtmal Buchungen einsehen kann, geschweige denn etwas korrigieren. Angeblich waren beide Busse vor Ort anderweitig reserviert... Super, jetzt standen wir mit ner halben Tonne Möbel da, ohne Transporter - mussten auf mehrere Autofahrten aufteilen. Besonderes Highlight - nach 2h waren sogar 3 Transporter da.
Fazit - wer zum Spaß mal Bus fahren will, suuuuuper.
Wer aber das Ding wirklich verlässlich braucht, Finger besser weg, das System hat hier komplett versagt.
 Had booked a van for yesterday to transport furniture 4 weeks ago. The system suddenly canceled 10 minutes before the reservation started, allegedly there was no vehicle - but there were two in the parking lot.
As nice as the service man on the phone was, in truth he couldn't and can't help because he can't even see bookings, let alone correct them. Supposedly both buses were reserved elsewhere on site ... Great, now we were standing there with half a ton of furniture, without a van - had to split up into several car trips. A special highlight - after 2 hours there were even 3 vans.
Conclusion - if you want to drive a bus for fun, suuuuuper.
But if you really need the thing reliably, fingers away better, the system has completely failed here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alles perfekt funktioniert. Fotos vom Auto gemacht bevor man fährt udn abgeschickt. App neu gestartet da es sich nicht geöffnet hat ab der geplanten Uhrzeit. Schlüssel im Handschuhfach. Bei abgabe wieder fotos vom Auto abgeschickt. Sehr günsriger Preis.
Everything works perfectly. Photos of the car taken before you drive and sent off. App restarted because it did not open at the scheduled time. Keys in the glove compartment. Photos of the car will be sent when you return it. Very affordable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the hidden charges.
I rented a van back in September, and everything seemed fine. However a month later after the bill was paid, the company claimed an additional payment for the insurance because, apparently, there has been a bug in their systems.
Of course they don't send any confirmation of the rental via email the day it was made, everything is managed by the app which is totally under their control so there is absolutely no way to check the services requested.
To top it all, the first 100km are included in the rental as per their terms and conditions, but in the bill they charge them in full. When I requested about this, all of a sudden the mileage is divided in basic cost and maintenance cost, and only the maintenance cost is waived for the first 100km. This is not specified in the T&C neither. It looks like the rules are completely arbitrary.
In conclusion, at the end the overall cost is higher than a classic van rental company and the hassle is not worth the only advantage of this app, which is that you don't have to refill the tank. Honestly I would only use it again if I am terribly desperate. I can't understand that Ikea is in partnership with this.
In favour I can only say that the customer service make the effort to speak English, even when they don't have to.
