Never choose this site. They cancel your reservation without notice and nobody receives you or shows up at the office. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte mir einen Kleinwagen Online reserviert und alles wurde so abgebucht ausser das ich dann damit ins Ausland gefahren bin und der Preis nicht ganz so war wie am Telefon gesagt wurde daher 1 Stern abzug .
Ansonsten war der Wagen Neu und es gab keine Probleme .
Von der Abholung bis zur Rückgabe war alles super.
Werde hier wieder einen Wagen mieten wenn ich einen benötige.
I reserved a small car online and everything was debited except that I drove it abroad and the price was not exactly as I said on the phone, so 1 star was deducted.
Otherwise the car was new and there were no problems.
From the pick up to the return everything was great.
Will rent a car here again if I need one.
