However, that could've been because it was one of the first beautiful days that Vienna had had in a long time, the sun was out, and everyone was taking the kids to the zoo. You really can't beat the atmosphere, and it's a lot less crowded then if you try to eat at the Gloriette Café at the pavilion above the palace.

And I understand that, since the food is good. A list of drinks is a bit too short, I would prefer a little more varieties to choose from.

Only 4 stars because some tables are placed near the road on which the tourist ride goes on, and its exhaust pipe kind of throws dust on the plates. They could place something over the fence to stop the dust from entering. Or at least part of the dust.
P	Pablo Costa Tirado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a hidden place that's good just because the restaurants in the zoo are very busy. Here everything is more relaxed that in the zoo and the queues shorter. On the other side you need to take the train or walk all the way up to here before you can enjoy the lunch. The burgers are fair enough but don't expect an extraordinary lunch.

The portion was big for me, so maybe It is a good thing to share it with a friend :)Atmosphere is cosy and friendly. They do accept Visa and MasterCard. My bill was 15€ for a teapot and Wien pork.
E	Emily B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very surprised by this place. I expected it to be a tourist trap due to the location, but it was actually my favourite schnitzel in Vienna! Wasn’t very expensive either. My only complaint was that it took way too long to pay, we kept getting forgotten by the waiters. I guess it’s because it was busy.

j	joan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It can be a little hard to find the entrance of you're trying to get here from the zoo - you need to exit and stamp your hand at this box by the exit, and go round the building. A kind lady brought is there seeing we were lost. Food comes in generous portions, helpful waiters if you care to ask for recommendations. Very quick service during lunch time as well. Lovely cosy place away from the crowd.
