Nachdem die Zustellung durch einen Fahrer nicht funktioniert hat, musste ich mich selber darum kümmern wo sich meine Bestellung befindet und wann es einen neuen Liefertermin gibt. Nicht ein einziger Mitarbeiter war am Telefon annähernd umgänglich, alle am Granteln, dabei sinds gar keine Wiener. Zum Schluss musste ich mir auch vorwerfen lassen, dass ich mir Ware aus dem Ausland zustellen lasse. Und das von einer Speditionsfirma! LKW stand einfach mal da ohne irgendwas. Abgeladen mitten auf der Straße, obwohl eine große Betonierte Platte (ca 9x7m)zum abladen bereitsteht, sollte reichen. Nein das geht nicht, andere Transportunternehmen haben es ab geschafft.
