Honestly didn’t have high expectations for a place in a relatively touristy location. The layout of the restaurant is kind of strange, as we were seated next to the entrance by the stairwell. The menu is French, but the marble decor is boisterously Italian. The olive oil pairing for the bread was to die for - and very Italian. The food was a pleasant surprise. The service was friendly - but slow (it seems like they’re relatively new and trying to sort things out). The waitress told us in the end that the owner is Italian-Austrian. Oh - I was not prompted for a tip even though they were worthy of one (unlike my previous Austrian experience).

The best restaurant in Vienna!! Unbelievably delicious!! A beautiful restaurant with impeccable service and food that out of this world!! The food and service is absolutely amazing! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the friendly and courteous staff. We were led upstairs to the restaurant via the dramatic marble rounded staircase, when you arrive you are met with some seriously sexy decor decked out in dark wood with beautiful gold accent lights, you immediately feel comfortable in this warm inviting environment. The booth we were sat at was both private yet still right in the middle of a bus telling lively restaurant. (Full disclosure I don’t usually post such long winded posts but this establishment warrants an extended review due to how good it was) Now for the important part Let’s talk about the food delightfully crafted in this amazing establishment. We started with the appetizers and were immediately blown away by the taste and freshness from the yellowtail carpaccio to the vitello tunato a traditional Italian dish thats so rich and tasty you will feel like you have just been transported to some grandmothers home cooking with a recipe that’s been passed down for generations, it’s simply too good to describe you must try it yourself to experience this delicious melody in person. I could go on about the appetizers but it’s too much to list, I photographed all of it, see the photos and know that each dish is one thousand times better in person. The mains.. we had a large group so we got to try almost everything on the menu, I can honestly say that you cannot go wrong with any item on the menu, my fave was the seabass (Salt-baked Seabass with Artichokes and Aubergine /Seebarsch) it was light and super flavorful! I also loved the Grilled cod.. Tagliatelle Vert au Homard and the Grilled Lamb was super delicious as well! The wine selection was superb, from old world classics to rare and hard to find new world they have an amazing selection! We had 4 bottles 1 French, 2 California and one from Spain and wow we were blown away by all of them (see photos) The deserts, oh the deserts! I don’t usually go for it but I could not resist, the cheesecake is like no cheesecake you ever tasted!! It’s to die for!! They also have high chairs for little kids to be able to partaking this amazing fine dining experience! We can’t wait to the next time we are town to be able to go back for another unbelievable gastronomic experience at TUYA!

Service is good but they forgot 3 times our drinks. Also the dishes are totally overpriced. For a Burrata 18 euros with 3 tomatoes is just too much. Food is delish though.

First time here. Like the small menu. All the food we ordered was yummy. The ambience could be improved, as well some of the servers. May be they could wear a lot more smiles. However for the small lunch crowd, the concept of fine dining is very minimal. Even our table could hardly cater for all our food. Would I come back? For sure, I'm addicted to fine dining.

We liked the food, but the staff was extremely slow. We have waited for 15 mins on an empty table between the starters and the main courses. We asked twice for our cocktails. Also the restrooms were too dirty. I am giving two stars only because of the food.
