v	verona puchner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mieser Arbeitgeber!!!! Ich kann meinen Vor-Rezesionsschreiber nur zustimmen! Innerhalb von 4 Monaten 15 Angestellte haben freiwillig diesen Betrieb verlassen. Grund: Psychisch u. Physisch wird hier der Mitarbeiter fertig gemacht! :-( :-( Bad employer !!!! I can only agree with my pre-review writer! 15 employees voluntarily left this company within 4 months. Reason: psychologically and The employee is physically finished here! :-( :-(

Chef hat null ahnung nur grosse Klappe nix dahinter. Betrifft leombach tankstelle Als Mitarbeiter muss man chef sagen was er zu tun hat weil er überfordert ist und nichts auf die Reihe bekommt. Werde nie wieda bei doppler arbeiten . So working for the doppler company is a cheek double shifts (16 hours) because there are no more people. Boss has no idea just big mouth nothing behind it. Ca 2 Stunden später der Anruf "also wir kommen dann morgen..." Auf meine Nachfrage, warum ich eigentlich am Formular etwas ausfüllen soll, was dann sowieso ignoriert wird die knappe Antwort "was weiß ich was auf dem Formular steht. Ich bin der Dispo, nicht der Verkauf." Nachdem er sich dann doch meine Bestellung auf den Schirm geholt hat, meinte er leicht pickiert " Na gut, dann halt bis nächste Woche." Nächste Woche ist aber KW 28... 4X bei Doppler bestellt, 4x hat es nicht ansatzweise funktioniert, es reicht. Ich kann nur jedem. Abraten dort sein Geld zu lassen. Das einzig positive an diesem Betrieb ist die Dame, die letztes Jahr wie heuer versucht hat, die Wogen etwas zu glätten. Die hat wahre soziale Kompetenz!!! Wenn sie klug ist, verlässt sie noch heute diesen Arbeitgeber. Alle anderen passen anscheinend wirklich dort hin... Vor ca 9 Monaten... Nach erneutenTerminfindungsschwierigkeiten muß ich das wirklich große Engagement der (neuen) bearbeitenden Disponentin hervorheben! Der Einsatz zur Schadensbegrenzung, die zuvorkommend Art und Weise, ebenso die soziale Kompetenz im Kritikgespräch waren so positiv auffällig, daß mein Tag alsbald wieder ein schöner war. Ich hoffe, daß Doppler Mineralöle sich dessen bewußt ist, was hier ihre Mitarbeiterin geleistet hat!!! Addendum: Today, July 6th, 21, experienced the coronation! After renewed scheduling difficulties, I have to emphasize the really great commitment of the (new) processing planner! The effort to limit the damage, the courteous manner, as well as the social competence in the critical discussion were so conspicuous that my day was soon a beautiful one again. I hope that Doppler Mineralöle is aware of what her colleague has achieved here!
