Ich habe ein gemischtes Gefühl nach der Erfahrung mit der Kanzlei. Die erste Beratung war perfekt und alle nachfolgende Fragen wurden genau und ausführlich beantwortet. Die ganze restliche Erfahrung war sehr schlecht (unzuverlässige Arbeit, siehe unten). Nach etlichen Monaten, nachdem ich alle Rechnungen abgeschickt hatte, habe ich nachgefragt, wann können meine Unterlagen fertig sein. Keine klare Antwort. Nach noch ein paar Monaten nochmal gefragt... Dann ist alles zum Stillstand gekommen (also keine Antworten auf etliche Emails). Ihre Zentrale konnte auch nichts klarer machen: sowohl eine Email, als auch ein Rückrufwunsch sind ohne Reaktion geblieben. Es wurde von der Kanzlei kommuniziert, dass die Kommunikation über Emails lieber ist, deswegen habe ich erst später angerufen. Nach einem Anruf direkt an die Steuerberaterin von mir wurde alles binnen eines Tages erledigt (so schnell, als ob meine Unterlagen erst nach dem Telefonat angefasst worden wären...). Es wurde gesagt, dass alle Unterlagen ans Finanzamt abgeschickt wurden, ich muss nur warten, bis 3 Monaten. Nach drei Monaten wieder keine Bewegungen. Diesmal habe ich einfach beim Finanzamt nachgefragt. Es hat sich ergeben, dass Unterlagen einfach NICHT abgeschickt wurden, also die ganze Wartezeit umsonst! Ich habe alles selber eingereicht. Dann musste ich wieder warten, bis sich das Finanzministerium das anschaut. Inzwischen haben sie ein Ergänzungsersuchen an die Kanzlei geschickt, das wieder ignoriert wurde. Ich habe das zufällig im FinanzOnline bemerkt und mich an die Kanzlei wieder gewendet. Diesmal haben sie das zuverlässig erledigt, das Geld ist schnell auf meinem Konto eingelangt. Sonst würde ich diese Kanzlei auf keinen Fall empfehlen.

I have a mixed feeling after my experience with the law firm. The first consultation was perfect and all subsequent questions were answered accurately and in detail. The rest of the experience was very bad (unreliable work, see below). After several months, after I had sent all the bills, I asked, when can my documents be ready. No clear answer. After another few months, asked again ... Then everything has come to a standstill (so no answers to many emails). Their headquarters could also make nothing clearer: both an email, as well as a callback request have remained without reaction. It was communicated by the law firm that communication via emails is better, so I called later. After a call directly to the tax consultant of me everything was done within a day (as fast as if my documents would have been touched only after the phone call ...). It was said that all documents were sent to the tax office, I just have to wait for 3 months. After three months again no movements. This time I just asked the tax office. It turned out that documents were simply NOT sent, so the whole waiting time for free! I submitted everything myself. Then I had to wait again until the Ministry of Finance looks at it. In the meantime, they have sent a petition to the firm, which has been ignored again. I noticed this by chance in FinanzOnline and contacted the law firm again. This time they have done the reliable, the money is quickly on my account. Otherwise, I would not recommend this law firm.
