★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau wollte mich zum Hochzeitstag überraschen und schenkte mir einen Urlaub in der Türkei. Nur ich habe es am Tag vor dem Flug um 13:00 Uhr erfahren und mein Pass hatte nur 3 Monate Gültigkeit. Als ich hier angerufen habe und die Notlage erklärte, setzten sie alle Hebel in Bewegung.
Ich beantragte im 15:00 Uhr einen Notpass und fuhr damit nach Wien. Der Herr, mit dem ich telefonierte, bereitete alles vor und blieb sogar eine halbe Stunde nach dem Schluss länger da, um mir das Visum zu geben.
Wir sind selber Schuld, aber wir bekamen tatsächlich innerhalb von 1,5 Stunden einen neuen Pass und ein Visum. Wahnsinnig nette und kompetente Menschen hier, die lösungsorintiert arbeiten.
My wife wanted to surprise me on the wedding day and gave me a vacation in Turkey. Only I found out about it the day before the flight at 1:00 p.m. and my passport was only valid for 3 months. When I called here and explained the emergency, they pulled out all the stops.
I applied for an emergency pass at 3:00 p.m. and took it to Vienna. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone prepared everything and even stayed there an extra half an hour after the end to give me the visa.
It's our own fault, but we actually got a new passport and visa within 1.5 hours. Incredibly nice and competent people here who work in a solution-oriented manner.
