M	Markus Gruenfelder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir Buchen jedes Jahr bei TUI was wir auch diesesmal wieder getan haben und bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden waren.Die sehr freundliche und kompetente Dame hat uns ein Angebot von 4600gemacht,als wir sie darauf ansprachen das wir das Angebot im Internet um 4100 gesehen hatten tippte sie in ihrem Computer und stellte fest das sie uns das auch um 4100 anbieten kann,was natürlich sehr schade ist, da wir jedes Jahr bei diesen Reisebüro gebucht hatten und eigentlich meinten das wir das beste Angebot bekommen was TUI uns anbieten kann.Darum ziehe ich zwei Sterne ab,vielleicht liest TUI diese Bewertung und überlegt sich diese Geschäftsstrategie zu ändern. We book with TUI every year, which we have done again this time and have always been very satisfied. The very friendly and competent lady made us an offer of 4600 when we asked her about the fact that we had seen the offer on the internet for 4100 and typed it in her computer and found that she can also offer us this at 4100, which is of course a pity, since we had booked with this travel agency every year and actually thought that we were getting the best deal that TUI can offer us. That's why I'm moving two stars, maybe TUI will read this review and consider changing this business strategy.
