M	Monika Simon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waren vor 14 Tagen an einem Samstag direkt im Reisebüro vor Ort - um uns einen Urlaub für Vietnam zu buchen - die Dame vor Ort verwies uns auf Dienstag - der Kollege wisse besser Bescheid... Dienstag habe ich telefonisch um ein Anbot gebeten..... welches mir zugesagt wurde - nach einer weiteren schriftlichen Nachfrage und 2 weiteren telefonischen Nachfragen wo mir ebenfalls Rückruf etc zugesagt wurde - haben wir bis heute kein Anbot!!!! Goods 14 days ago on a Saturday directly in the travel agency on site - to book us a holiday for Vietnam - the lady on the spot referred us on Tuesday - the colleague would know better ... Tuesday I have asked for an offer by phone ..... which was promised to me - after a further written demand and 2 further telephone inquiries where I was also promised callback etc - we have until today no offer !!!!

Ich wurde perfekt beraten und habe meinen Urlaub bei ihr gebucht obwohl ich aus Kärnten bin! 5 Sterne für Frau Ifkowitsch! After some unsuccessful discussions in various travel agencies, I must emphasize Mrs Ifkowitsch! I was perfectly advised and booked my vacation with her although I am from Carinthia! 5 stars for Mrs. Ifkowitsch!
M	Mario Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider enttäuschend. Ich habe kein Angebot vor Ort bekommen. Die Dame war ganz neu und mit dem Programm nicht vertraut. Das war nicht weiter schlimm für mich. Ich habe meine Wünsche und Ziel Orte, den Zeitpunkt der gewünschten An- und Abreise bekannt gegeben und mir wurde gesagt das Angebot, bzw. die Angebote kämen am Abend, bzw. Spätestens am nächsten Morgen. Das zugesagte Angebot ist nie angekommen. Nach telefonischer Nachfrage, einige Tage später, dann ein Mail mit Hinweis von TUI Oberwart per Mail, dass die von Tui beworbene Aktion keine Möglichkeiten mehr offen hat. Wenn ich trotzdem ein Angebot möchte dann soll ich mich doch noch einmal melden. Da ich nie auf ein spezielles Angebot fokussiert war, meine Wunschdestinationen und alle gewünschten Optionen klar und unmissverständlich kommuniziert hatte, hatte ich kein Interesse mich rückzumelden. Da kommt man sich richtig verarscht vor. Das ist verschenkte Zeit, Zeit und Mühen ohne Nutzen. Fürchterliches Service. Ich möchte betonen, dass die Dame vor Ort wirklich sehr nett war, aber offensichtlich massiv überfordert und letztendlich nachweisbar inkompetent! Unfortunately disappointing. I have not received an offer on the spot. The lady was brand new and unfamiliar with the program. That was not bad for me. I have my wishes and destination places, the time of the desired arrival and departure announced and I was told the offer, or the offers would be in the evening, or at least the next morning. The promised offer has never arrived. After telephone demand, a few days later, then a mail with notice from TUI Oberwart by mail that the action advertised by Tui has no more options open. If I still want an offer then I should contact me again. Since I was never focused on a special offer, had clearly communicated my desired destinations and all desired options clear and unambiguous, I had no interest in me back. Since you get really crazy. This is wasted time, time and effort without benefit. Terrible service. I would like to emphasize that the lady on the ground was really nice, but obviously overburdened and ultimately provably incompetent!

Buche seit fast 40 Jahren bei TUI und komme gerne wieder. Needed help filling out the Croatia entry form, staff were very patient and helpful. Thanks. Our travel agent was very nice, professional and efficient! I recommend this office 100%! The trip to Greece was great!
