M	Mary Paulina H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Speisen und das Ambiente ist toll, aber das Personal von Arroganz nicht zu übertreffen. Keiner Grüßt und wenn man "nur" getestet ist, wird man sowieso gleich mit Verachtung bestraft. Ich werde in Zukunft nicht mehr dort hingehen. Gibt genug andere Lokale in denen man als Gast freundlich bedient wird. The food and the ambience is great, but the arrogance of the staff can't be beat. Nobody greets you and if you are "only" tested, you will be punished with contempt anyway. I will not go there in the future. There are enough other restaurants where you are served friendly as a guest.

Die Früchte waren sehr sauer und heiß. Die Waffel war legga. There was a clump of hair in my iced tea and dirt in the other iced tea. The glasses are dirty and are not polished so they have lime stains. The fruits were very sour and hot. The waffle was legga.
K	KNAXXX on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war heute 15.12. um 17.30 mit meinem im Bellagio. Wir sind durch das Lokal gegangen und haben uns draußen hingesetzt. Nach 15 min. Keine Bedienung, dann sind wir wieder gegangen. Das Selbe ist uns vor dem Lockdown passiert, da sind wir 20 min. Gesessen und sind dann gegangen. Es was nichts los, die Kellnerinnen sind drinnen gestanden und haben getratscht. Als Stammkunden sagen wir jetzt- nie mehr wieder!!!!!! I was today 15.12. at 5.30 p.m. with mine at the Bellagio. We went through the bar and sat outside. After 15 minutes, no service, then we left again. The same thing happened to us before the lockdown, we sat for 20 minutes and then left. There was nothing going on, the waitresses were standing inside and gossiping. As regular customers we now say never again !!!!!!

P	P G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Bedienung sehr unfreundlich, versteht sehr schlecht deutsch. Verdreht die Augen wenn ein Gast etwas sagt. Man bekommt nicht die eissorte was man bestellt. Beim Bananensplit war die Banana schwarz, das sollte eigentlich nicht sein.
