★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als Erstkunde macht man sich immer Gedanken: "klappt alles und passt die Qualität", da Trüffel ein Naturprodukt ist und bleibt. Bestellablauf verlief zu 1000 % reibungslos. Lieferung war innerhalb von 4 Tagen ( trotz Weihnachtszeit ) da. Selbst eine Reklamation wird mehr als nur schnell bearbeitet ( 30 min ) und zu 1000% Zufriedenheit. Geruch und Qualität der Trüffel sind gut. Jederzeit würde ich den Shop der Fam. Unger, Freunden und Familie empfehlen.

 As a first-time customer you always think: "Everything will work and the quality will fit", since truffles are and will remain a natural product. The order process was 1000% smooth. Delivery was there within 4 days (despite Christmas time). Even a complaint is processed more than quickly (30 min) and to 1000% satisfaction. The smell and quality of the truffles are good. I would recommend the Unger family to friends and family at any time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben die Trüffel am Samstagabend bestellt und Heute am Dienstag um 13 Uhr erhalten. Die Trüffel sind frisch. In unseren Augen eine Superleistung von allen am Bestellvorgang beteiligten Personen. Wir werden bei Familie Unger wieder bestellen.
We ordered the truffles on Saturday evening and received them today on Tuesday at 1 p.m. The truffles are fresh. In our opinion, it was a super performance from everyone involved in the ordering process. We will order from the Unger family again.
