Ich zwar zwar erst einmal bei ihm in Behandlung,kann aber versichern dass der Herr Tole ein phantastischer Masseur ist und ich bereits nach wenigen Tagen deutliche Verbesserungen meiner Rückenprobleme verspürt habe! Er ist sehr Kompetent, geht sehr liebevoll und bemüht mit seine Patienten um! Ich würde mich jederzeit und gerne von ihm weiter Behandeln lassen! I can only agree with this in the most positive sense. Although I have only been treated by him once, I can assure you that Mr. Tole is a fantastic masseur and that after just a few days I felt significant improvements in my back problems! He is very competent, is very loving and makes an effort with his patients! I would like to continue treating me at any time!

Es wird nicht nur Wert auf die Behandlung selbst gelegt, sondern auch, dass es dem Kunden langfristig besser geht. Man bekommt viele Tipps und weitere Hilfestellungen. Fühle mich immer sehr wohl und kann die Praxis auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Friendly and competent care from the reception to the treatment. The advice is first class! It is not only important to the treatment itself, but also that the customer is better in the long term. You get many tips and other assistance. I always feel very well and can recommend the practice in any case!

Minute an fühlt man sich hier außerordentlich gut betreut.Paul erstellt ein speziell auf dich zugeschnittenes Taining , motiviert immer,und gibt dir immer das Gefühl, etwas " geleistet" zu haben. Die Massagen sind hervorragend,und wenn es ein muskuläres Problem gibt,bleibt er solange dran, bis es gelöst ist.( und hat mich schon von so manchem Schmerz befreit) Kein Zeitdruck und die entspannte Atmosphäre runden das Angebot perfekt ab. Einen Besuch bei Paul kann ich jedem empfehlen! ERGÄNZUNG bzw. KORREKTUR zu meiner Bewertung: Herr Tole ist sehr freundlich, bemüht und man fühlt sich wirklich wohl bei ihm. Als Masseur wirklich hervorragend, als Fitnesstrainer von mir nicht zu empfehlen. Durch eine erwiesenermaßen unphysiologische und somit gesundheitsschädliche Trainingsübung habe ich seit damals ( fast ein Jahr) massive Beschwerden in der HWS, die ich bis heute nicht in den Griff bekommen habe.Als Masseur JA, als Trainer für mich NEIN, bzw. sollte man die Übungen genau hinterfragen! From the first minute you feel exceptionally well looked after. Paul creates a specially tailored training session, always motivates you and always gives you the feeling that you have "achieved" something. The massages are excellent, and if there is a muscular problem, he stays on until it is resolved (and has already relieved me of some pain) No time pressure and the relaxed atmosphere round off the offer perfectly. I can recommend a visit to Paul! ADDITION or CORRECTION to my assessment: Mr. Tole is very friendly, hard-working and you really feel comfortable with him. As a masseur, really excellent, not to be recommended as a fitness trainer by me. As a result of a proven non-physiological and therefore health-damaging training exercise, I have had massive complaints in the cervical spine since then (almost a year), which I have not got under control to this day. YES as a masseur, NO as a trainer for me, or you should do the exercises question exactly!

Nicht nur die Massage, sondern auch das Schröpfen und die persönlichen Gespräche und Tipps haben top Ergebnisse bei meinen Rückenschmerzen erzielt. Meine Tochter, die ebenfalls Stammkundin bei Paul ist, ist ebenfalls ganz begeistert! Ich kann Paul wärmstens weiterempfehlen! ?? "Tri Optimus" Paul Tole offers professional massages in a pleasant atmosphere. It doesn't matter whether it's pain from sports or tension from long desk work - Paul responds perfectly to the wishes. The treatments continue to have an effect for a few days. Highly recommended! There are discounts for larger hourly quotas - the prices are fair. Paul also sells quality supplements and offers fitness training, although I haven't tried the latter.
