J	Julian Rudolph on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren im Mai auf Yachtcharter in Split über Trendtravel - soweit so gut wie die letzten 10 Jahre nie Probleme gehabt, kundenorientiert freundlich alles gut - ABER wir entschieden uns diese Jahr trotz Covid eine 34ft Yacht zu chartern und die Reise zu wagen. Schönstes Wetter wenig Leute wunderbar - Leider passierte uns beim Ablegen ein Malleur an der Decksleiste mit einem ca. 5cm × 1cm tiefen Kratzer - dieser wurde von SCS (sehr professionell und guter Service, wie immer) wunderbar ausgebessert und man sah fast nichts mehr - Im Anschluss meldete sich der Inhaber JR. per Telefon dass die Leiste zu ersetzen sei Kostenpunkt 130€ (für eine neue Leiste) - Bildmaterial in der Anlage Wir hatten bereits Tage davor ein Mail geschrieben mit Schadensmeldung - keine Antwort seitens der Geschäftsleitung - Leider gab es für unseren Geschmack nach so vielen Jahren zu viele Telefonate und hin und her sodass wir im Endeffekt 2h auf eine adequate Entscheidung seitens der Geschäftsleitung warteten - am Telefon wurde anschließend vorgerechnet "dass der Profit von unserer Charter zu gering ist wenn der Schaden nun nicht verechnet wird...(natürlich Stehen wir zu unserem Schaden) aber derartig unprofessionell und zurückhaltend zu entscheiden obwohl wir und mein Vater bereits seit 25 Jahren über TT chartern ist einfach unangebracht. Danke für die miese Betreuung - vielleicht ist es wie mit allem nach einer gewissen Zeit nötig- sich umzuschauen und woanders zu chartern. DANKE FÜR die guten Jahre, doch leider war das vermutlich diesmal das letzte Mal. Leider ist es den Ärger nicht wert. Grüße aus Vorarlberg :) We were on a yacht charter in Split via Trendtravel in May - as far as we have never had any problems in the last 10 years, customer-oriented, friendly, everything is good - BUT we decided to charter a 34ft yacht this year despite Covid and dare to take the trip. The best weather, few people wonderful - Unfortunately, when we put it down, we encountered a malleur on the deck molding with an approx. 5cm × 1cm deep scratch - this was wonderfully repaired by SCS (very professional and good service, as always) and you could hardly see anything anymore - Im Connection reported to the owner JR. by phone that the bar has to be replaced cost 130 € (for a new bar) - Images are attached We had already written an email days before with a damage report - no response from the management - Unfortunately, after so many years there were too many phone calls and back and forth for our taste so that in the end we waited 2 hours for an adequate decision on the part of the management - on the phone it was then calculated "that the profit from our charter is too low if the damage is now will not be charged ... (of course we are responsible for our damage) but to make such an unprofessional and cautious decision even though we and my father have been chartered via TT for 25 years is simply inappropriate. Thanks for the lousy support - maybe, as with everything, after a certain amount of time it is necessary to look around and charter somewhere else. THANK YOU FOR the good years, but unfortunately this was probably the last time. Unfortunately, it's not worth the trouble. Greetings from Vorarlberg :)
