Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier her. Very nice cozy apartment in a central location and right on the river. The hosts Ida and Harry are very nice and helpful. We always like to come here.

Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern gestaltet sich wieder einmal beispielhaft freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder - und das besonders gerne! As always, it was a relaxing week in Schruns, which was largely due to the usual pleasant accommodation in the nice, comfortably furnished apartment. The contact with the landlords is exemplary once again friendly and accommodating. We will be back next year - and especially happy!

Brötchenservice ist top – individuelle Wünsche werden berücksichtigt. Gut Lage direkt im Dorf. Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar, hat gute Tipps gegeben und hat alle Fragen und Wünsche erfüllt! Small but modern and very well equipped apartment. Good is the parking directly in front of the house. Bread service is great - individual requests are taken into account. Good location right in the village. Landlord was always available, gave good advice and has all the questions and requests fulfilled!

Ich habe viel gewandert, und habe mich beschäftigd die Fußwege auf Openstreetmap zu ordnen und vervollständigen. We had a wonderful stay in Haus an der Litz again. The apartment was in perfect order and Harry got us fresh rolls. I have hiked a lot and have been busy arranging and completing the footpaths on Openstreetmap.

Die Ausstattung lässt (zumindest für uns) keinnen Wunsch offen. Absolut der Hammer ist der Balkon mit Blick direkt auf die Litz und Promenade. Das nächstgelegene Restaurant ist gegenüber liegend in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen, ebenfalls zentral zu erreichen sind Bäcker, Metzger, Supermärkte und Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf. The location of the apartment is centrally located in Schruns and well connected for public travelers, as well as a starting point for the hiking buses. The equipment leaves (at least for us) no wish open. Absolutely amazing is the balcony overlooking the Litz and promenade. The nearest restaurant is opposite in less than 5 minutes to reach, also centrally to reach bakers, butchers, supermarkets and shops for daily shopping.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, sodass wir uns alle sofort wohl fühlten. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer Harry Trautmann war sehr unkompliziert und entspannt. Er sendete uns jeden Morgen via WhatsApp den aktuellen Wetterbericht und brachte uns sogar Brötchen vorbei, wenn wir ihm unsere Bestellung am Abend zuvor schrieben. Wir reisten mit zwei Autos an, beide konnten wir auf dem Grundstück abstellen, eines davon sogar in der Garage. Einen Skiraum mit beheiztem Skischuhständer gab es außerdem. Klasse Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Wir kommen gerne wieder! My friends and I stayed for 3 nights in the Kapellblick apartment. The apartment was very nice and modern, so that we all immediately felt comfortable. The contact with the owner Harry Trautmann was very easy and relaxed. He sent us the current weather report every morning via WhatsApp and even brought us bread rolls if we wrote him our order the evening before. We arrived with two cars, both of which we could park on the property, one of them even in the garage. There was also a ski room with a heated ski boot stand. Great price-performance ratio! We would love to come back!

Zij gaven ons informatie over de omgeving en een dagelijks weerbericht. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien met een leuke ligging, op loopafstand van restaurants, de bakker en de supermarkt. We spent 5 nights in Haus an der Litz. It is a cozy and cozy apartment with very friendly and attentive landlords. They gave us information about the area and a daily weather report. The house is fully equipped with a nice location, within walking distance of restaurants, the bakery and the supermarket.
K	Kirsten De roo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geweldig. Prachtige ligging in het dorp. Dichtbij het station, gewoon te voet, voor de bus en trein. Het openbaar vervoer in Schruns is meer dan perfect geregeld en gratis wanneer je een skipas/freizeitpas hebt. Je bent ook binnen 2 minuten wandelen in het centrum van Schruns. Waar je gezellig wat kunt eten en drinken of wat winkelen. Het uitzicht bij Haus an der Litz is ook zeker prachtig, je kijkt op de bergen uit en hoort dag en nacht het krachtige water stromen van de Litz. Echt een aanrader op ieder vlak. Awesome. Beautiful location in the village. Close to the station, just on foot, for the bus and train. Public transport in Schruns is more than perfectly organized and free if you have a ski pass/freizeit pass. You are also within 2 minutes walking in the center of Schruns. Where you can enjoy something to eat and drink or do some shopping. The view at Haus an der Litz is certainly beautiful, you look out on the mountains and hear the powerful water flowing of the Litz day and night. Highly recommended on every level.
