Wir hatten einen Termin um die Reifen zu wechseln. Nachdem wir das Auto hingebracht hatten, wurden wir ca 1/2 h später wieder angerufen, dass die Reifen nicht gewechselt werden können.
Als wir dann persönlich bei der Tankstelle nach dem Grund fragten, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir einfach aus dem Kalender gestrichen worden waren & der Chef (der die Reifen wechselt) schon gar nicht mehr da war.
Miserable customer service !!
We had an appointment to change the tires. After we had brought the car there, we were called again about 1/2 hour later that the tires could not be changed.
When we asked the reason personally at the petrol station, we were informed that we had simply been deleted from the calendar & the boss (who changes the tires) was no longer there.

Super gas station! Ms. Fenkart unfortunately has no understanding that the boss has only two hands ... and cannot be there for everyone at the same time !! Every good doctor treats his patients urgently dear Ms. Fenkart !!
