★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay in Gerlos. Right across from the gondola up the mountain too. The food was delicious and you have great views of the mountains. The pool was nice as was the spa area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent modern hotel. Everything you need when going on a ski trip. The hotel has a great suana. Including two steambath's, a finish sauna and a herb sauna. It has also wellness facilities like massages and an indoor swimming pool and fitnessroom.
The food is delicious. There is no al a carte, but you have to choose you dishes for the fixed menu which changes day by day. The hotel also offers ayurveda dishes. ayurveda is present all all around the hotel. The hotel also offers a rich breakfast buffet. Name it and they have it.
And when you are ready to go skiing, just go to your room, put on your ski clothes, decent to Te basement, get your gear and just walk across the street to the lift and enjoy you trips to Zell, Gerlos or Königsleiten.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best hotel for a relaxing spa vacation, the food is great and the stuff is professional and pleasant. The yoga lessons are worth trying and a great addition to the stay in this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: food was yummy, the staff was friendly, and when it was open, the "sauna garden" was heaven.
The bad: A maid came into our room from the balcony while we were naked (the do not disturb sign was up on our front door). It was very upsetting to my partner, but we just got a 'sorry'.
The jacuzzi was not warm when we tried to use it hours after it was supposed to be open.
They tried to have us sit with people they thought were our friends at the dinner, which was uncomfortable for everyone.
The times for the "sauna garden" (free to use) are easily mixed up with the "spa" (services you pay for).
All in all I would love to give a better rating, but for the price you pay.. I expected to not have the problems we did.
