Wir haben ein Dachzelt aus dem Norden Deutschland gekauft und da dieses sehr stabil und Transportsicher verpackt war, war auch das Paket ein schwerer Brocken. Auf die Frage hin, ob wir es direkt bei der Spedition auspacken könnten und gleich noch montieren dürfen, so war dies keinerlei Problem. Zum Glück, denn meine Frau und ich hätten das niemals alleine zu Hause auf das Auto bekommen, so half uns ein Staplerfahrer mit seinem Gerät, das Dachzelt auf den Träger zu heben und dann noch zweimal anheben, wegen der Verschraubungen. Wir waren überglücklich und bedanken uns auf diesem Wege nochmals ganz herzlich, für diese tolle Erfahrung mit dieser Firma. Beste Grüße Familie Zoller und allzeit gute und sichere Fahrt! We bought a roof tent from the north of Germany and since it was packed very stably and securely for transport, the package was also a heavy chunk. When asked whether we could unpack it directly at the shipping company and assemble it right away, this was no problem at all. Fortunately, because my wife and I would never have got it on the car alone at home, a forklift driver helped us with his device to lift the roof tent onto the carrier and then lift it twice because of the screw connections.
