Meine Schachtel Marlboro hole ich mir lieber bei der Konkurrenz. The shop has had better days too. The staff doesn't treat paying customers like kings, they treat second-rate people. I prefer to get my box of Marlboro from the competition.

Ich wollte mein Paket abholen und der Verkäufer wollte mir das Paket nicht geben, da er gemeint hat man kann es nur bis 14h abholen kann obwohl vor der Tür steht Pakete ab 10h. Dann war er noch so unfreundlich und hat gemeint er hat keine Zeit für Pakete er muss seine Kunden bedienen! Was soll das! Wenn du keine Zeit hast für Pakete dann nimm keine entgegen von DPD und kündige den Vertrag! Ich hab dann DPD kontaktiert und er wollte immer noch nicht das Paket hergeben und hat gemeint „mir ist egal dein Paket“. Am Schluss bin ich ohne Paket da gestanden! So was unfreundliches habe ich noch nie gesehen !! Frechheit !!! This tobacco shop has a parcel shop from DPD! I wanted to pick up my parcel and the seller did not want to give me the parcel, because he meant that you can only pick it up until 2pm although there is a parcel from 10am on the door. Then he was so unfriendly and said he didn't have time for packages he had to serve his customers! What shoud that! If you don't have time for parcels, don't take one from DPD and cancel the contract! I then contacted DPD and he still didn't want to hand over the package and said "I don't care about your package". In the end I stood there without a package! I've never seen anything so unfriendly !! Cheek !!!
S	Samy C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider kann man keine 0 Sterne vergeben. Ich wurde heute von der frechsten Trafikantin nieder gemacht. Trafik hatte leider schon um 12 Uhr zu. Da ich arbeite, war ich erst um 12:10 beim Automaten. Der Automat hatte anscheinend Probleme und hat meine 20€ geschluckt. Daraufhin ist die Trafikantin her gestürzt und meinte warum ich einen 20€ Schein einwerfe (obwohl man dort mit 5€,10€ oder 20€ zahlen kann). Sie hat sich aufgeregt warum die Leute zum Automaten gehen obwohl sie gerade erst zugesperrt hat. Diese Trafik werde ich NIE wieder betreten. Da gehe ich lieber 400 Meter weiter zur nächsten Trafik. Unfortunately you cannot assign 0 stars. I was put down today by the cheekiest tobacconist. Unfortunately, tobacco shop was closed at noon. Since I'm working, I wasn't at the machine until 12:10. The machine apparently had problems and swallowed my € 20. Then the tobacconist rushed over and said why I insert a € 20 note (although you can pay € 5, € 10 or € 20 there). She was upset why people were going to the machine even though she had just locked it. I will NEVER enter this tobacco shop again. I prefer to go 400 meters to the next tobacco shop.
