Lieber nicht hingehen - außer man möchte sich danach ärgern The staff and especially the boss were very rude and incompatible - except for the young man who only started working there recently - since then I felt really "looked after" there for the first time. Better not go there - unless you want to get angry afterwards

SORRY aber so nicht, mann kann auch ein bißchen Herzlichkeit an den Tag bringen. Very unfriendly customer contact, was referred directly, so a no go for me! Man wird sehr unfreundlich hingewiesem eine Maske aufzusetzen - das Personal trägt allerdings selber keine...Regeln gelten ja nie für alle... The staff likes to mess with the tone. A	A O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich schätze, die Leute, die dort arbeiten (außer dem Mann und der großen Blondine, die im Postschalter stehen) sind von Unaufrichtigkeit und Unzufriedenheit mit den Kunden getrieben. Die kleine Frau mit Brille, die in der TabakTrafik-Abteilung steht, ist schon ein unfreundlicher Mensch. Gehen Sie also definitiv nicht hin, aber wenn Sie eine unaufrichtige Umgebung mögen, ist es nur für Sie. I guess the people who work there (except for the man and the tall blonde standing in the post office counter) are driven by insincerity and dissatisfaction with customers. The little woman with glasses who stands in the tobacco graphics department is an unfriendly person. So definitely not go, but if you like insincere surroundings, it's just for you.

Mein Opa, der eh schon nicht so gut deutsch kann wollte eine Fahrkarte kaufen und die unfreundliche Dame hat ihm eine Frage gestellt. Er hat sie aber leider nicht verstanden und sie ist ausgerastet und hat ihn angeschrien wie eine Verrückte. Hallo wo bleibt der Respekt? Mein Opa war so schockiert, dass er die Karte dann nicht gekauft hat. Als er ihr das gesagt hat, hat sie ihn mit den Worten: „Dann schleich dich.“, verabschiedet. Eine bodenlose Frechheit sowas gehört gekündigt!!!!!!!! Would have deserved 0 stars. The staff especially the young blonde is so rude and has no respect for older people. My grandpa, who doesn't speak German very well anyway, wanted to buy a ticket and the unfriendly lady asked him a question. Unfortunately he didn't understand her and she freaked out and yelled at him like a madwoman. Hello where is the respect? My grandpa was so shocked that he didn't buy the card. When he told her that, she said goodbye to him with the words: "Then sneak up." A bottomless cheek something like that should be terminated !!!!!!!!
E	Elena Coconut on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kein Stern verdient. Ich besuche diese Filiale ungern, leider ist es die nächstgelegene an meinem Wohnort. Ein solcher unfreundliches Personal trifft einer sehr selten. Die Angestellte mit den blonden Haaren ist das unfreundlichste Mensch den ich je getroffen habe. Ich wurde hier auch schon beleidigt. Die Angestellte (Ich will nicht „Dame“ sagen weil sie keine ist) so lange in einem Arbeitsverhältnis mit Kundenkontakt zu behalten ist wohl eine Fragliche Entscheidung. Sie beleidigt ältere Menschen und sie hat keine Geduld oder Hausverstand. Ich habe schon psychotische Episoden von ihr gesehen. Auch das neue Personal schult sie offensichtlich so ein. Keiner ist gut gelaunt. Nach 10 Jahren bei derselben Postfiliale bin ich froh, dass ich umziehe. No star deserves. I don't like going to this branch, unfortunately it's the closest to where I live. Such unfriendly staff meets one very rarely. The blond haired clerk is the rudest person I have ever met. I've been insulted here too. Keeping the employee (I don't want to say "lady" because she's not one) in a customer-facing employment relationship for so long is probably a questionable decision. She insults the elderly and she has no patience or common sense. I've seen psychotic episodes from her. She obviously trains the new staff in the same way. Nobody is in a good mood. After 10 years at the same post office, I'm glad I'm moving.
