Der Verkäufer hat sich ausgekannt, nicht so wie es in einer anderen Trafik mal war. Da war der Verdampfer fürn Hugo Lg Very friendly and nice seller. Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner Stopfmaschine und der junge Mann in der trafik beim spar war schon genervt als ich das Geschäft betreten habe und er das Handy zur Seite legen musste. Auf meine Frage woran es liegen könnte, das meine Maschine nicht ordnungsgemäß funktioniert , kam nur in einen Rotzigen Ton " wir haben sowas nicht " anschließend fuhr ich zur Trafik Pfiel und muss sagen das ich dort vom Gegenteil überzeugt wurde! Der Nette Herr zeigte mir unterschiedliche tabakschnitte und nahm sich auch die Zeit nach dem Fehler zu suchen. Er gab mir Hülsen mit längeren Filter und meinte das könnte vielleicht klappen und so war es auch! Nachdem ich eigentlich vor hatte eine neue Maschine zu kaufen werde ich es in dieser trafik tun ! Vielen Dank für die mega nette Beratung und Ihre Zeit! Wegen der neuen Maschine melde ich mich demnächst! I was previously in the tobacco shop at Spar .... I had a problem with my tamping machine and the young man in the tobacconist at Spar was already annoyed when I entered the store and he had to put the cell phone aside. When I asked what it could be that my machine is not working properly, I only got a snotty tone "we don't have something like that" then I drove to the tobacconist in Pfiel and have to say that I was convinced of the opposite there! The nice gentleman showed me different types of tobacco and also took the time to look for the mistake. He gave me tubes with longer filters and said that might work and that's how it was! After I actually planned to buy a new machine, I'll do it in this tobacco shop! Thank you very much for the really nice advice and your time! I will be in touch soon about the new machine!
