Im ersten Anblick wird man freundlich und kompetent empfangen, doch nach und nach sieht man, dass der Betrieb versuchen wird, dir irgendwas unwichtiges oder vollkommen funktionstüchtiges zu ersetzen oder zu reparieren (natürlich für ein absurden Preis), obwohl keine Handlung erforderlich ist (habe mein Fahrzeug von mehreren Kfz-Werkstätten untersuchen lassen) . Kurz gesagt, reine abzocke und ich sehe den Betrieb eher als "Händler" als "Kfz-Meisterbetrieb", der dir helfen soll, deine Probleme zu lösen und zwar transparent und fair.
Absolutely no recommendation for this workshop. At first sight you will be welcomed in a friendly and competent manner, but gradually you can see that the company will try to replace or repair something that is unimportant or completely functional for you (for an absurd price, of course), although no action is required (have mine Have the vehicle examined by several vehicle workshops). In short, pure rip off and I see the company more as a "dealer" than a "master car company", which should help you to solve your problems transparently and fairly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich Kontaktformulare, Konfigurationen und zusätzliche Infos online ausgefüllt hatte bekam ich einen Online Termin zur Beratung eines Neuwagenkaufs. Zu diesem hat sich niemand gemeldet worauf ich anrief und es hieß ich solle den Rest des Tages erreichbar bleiben man würde sich melden. Niemand rief mich an und es dauerte 4 Tage bis man auf mein Mail reagierte indem ich meinen Unmut Luft gemacht habe. Man kam mit einer Ausrede das etwas Softwaretechnisch schief ging was aber nicht erklärt das nach meinem sofortigen Urgieren kein Mensch Interesse hatte mich anzurufen. Offensichtlich gibt es keinen Bedarf an zusätzlichen Umsatz oder der Verkauf macht einfach seine Arbeit nicht.
After filling out the contact forms, configurations and additional information online, I was given an online appointment for advice on buying a new car. Nobody reported to this, so I called and they said I should remain available for the rest of the day, they would contact you. Nobody called me and it took 4 days to respond to my mail by venting my displeasure. They came up with an excuse that something went wrong in terms of software technology, but this did not explain that after my immediate urge no one was interested in calling me. Obviously there is no need for additional sales or the sale just isn't doing its job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wieder. Kann leider gar nichts positives dazu schreiben. Man kommt sich einfach nur vor als würde man stören. Aber zum Glück gibt es auch andere Toyota Händler.
Never again. Unfortunately I can't write anything positive about it. You just feel like you're being disturbed. Fortunately, there are other Toyota dealerships too.
