Best Tourist information center in austria

W	Wendy Gammie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not helpful unless you are buying one of their tours. I asked about the best places to visit outside town to see the countryside, but they wouldn't even suggest places or help with finding trains. Only my experience tho. I'm sure others will fare better.

We were served by a gentleman called Carlos who was really helpful. It felt like he went above and beyond when giving us recommendations. We visited the tourist centre to ask about best tourist places to visit in Vienna. Carlos provided excellent service. He suggested good concerts to attend.
M	Mermadone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BRING YOUR VACCINATION CARD TO ANYTHING YOU WANT TO DO! They won't tell you this at the tourist office. Also, they don't tell a lot about where to get tickets and what's included.

The seats are not as good as offered by the actual opera hall, they had limited options. If you want to see a concert, don’t buy tickets there as they’re only an agent with limited seat options. Disappointed with the no customer service received. If they want tourists to come, people need to understand what warrants good service. Their services are terrible don’t go there!
