Ich bin seit einiger Zeit immer mal wieder dort für ein Facial und hatte bei meinem letzten Besuch das "Vergnügen" die Managerin des Salons (ältere Dame mit weißen Haaren) anzutreffen. Als ich gerade mit der lieben Mitarbeiterin aus der Kabine Richtung Rezeption ging, stand sie da und blockierte den Weg, ohne Rücksicht darauf zu nehmen, ob denn vl jemand vorbeigehen möchte. Sie versuchte einer Dame irgendein Augenbrauen Produkt anzudrehen, die es offensichtlich nicht kaufen wollte, denn sie sagte stets "wieso soll ich dafür jetzt mehr zahlen, wenn das reguläre Produkt nur dir Hälfte kostet?" Peinlicherweise konnte die Besitzerin nicht drauf antworten und man merkte dass sie leicht panisch-aggressiv wurde. Sie übergab die Aufgabe dann an eine Mitarbeiterin, weil sie sich nicht länger damit befassen wollte und rempelte mich bei ihrem Fluchtversuch an. Natürlich gab es keine Entschuldigung oder sonstiges. Nicht gerade die beste Art, um den eigenen Salon zu repräsentieren. Auch die Kommunikation zw. ihr und den Mitarbeiterinnen war sehr von oben herab. Fand ich persönlich sehr ungut und werde nicht mehr in diesen Salon gehen. The staff tries very hard and the facial is good. For some time now I've been there for a facial and on my last visit I had the "pleasure" of meeting the manager of the salon (elderly lady with white hair). When I was just leaving the cabin with the dear employee in the direction of reception, she was standing there and blocking the way, regardless of whether someone might want to pass by. She tried to turn some eyebrow product to a lady who obviously didn't want to buy it, because she kept saying "why should I pay more for it now when the regular product only costs you half?" Embarrassingly, the owner couldn't answer it and you could tell that she was easily panicked and aggressive. She then handed the task over to an employee because she no longer wanted to deal with it and bumped into me while trying to escape. Of course there was no apology or anything else. Not the best way to represent your own salon. The communication between her and the employees was also very condescending. I found it very uncomfortable personally and will no longer go to this salon.
A	Angie Allan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am besten KEIN Stern für Shellacknägel. Nach 1 Woche sind alle Nägel eingerissen und der Lack war ab. Hier war für 27,50€ kein Profi, sondern ein Anfänger am Werk. Schade um die Zeit und das Geld! Best NO star for shellack nails. After 1 week all the nails were torn and the varnish was off. For € 27.50, this was not a professional, but a beginner at work. What a shame about the time and money!

This was the only place within a practical walking distance for me to get my eyebrows done, since there were no bookings available at my usual place. I thought, this must be a professional place, offering eyebrow correction services; let alone the fact that they have several venues, and this one was in the Ringstraßengalerien in the first district. Needless to say, I had an awful experience. My eyebrows are patchy and uneven because of the poorly done wax job. When I told the beautician that my right eyebrow is visibly longer than my left one, she simply said it had to do with my hair being short?? (My eyebrows grow thick and dark and this was the first time I was tweezing in about a month). She also managed to mess up my harido which I literally just got done a few hours before my appointment, by getting wax in my hair (and on my eyelashes!) and then attempting to remove it which only made it knot up. I had to get up and stop her from further ruining my eyebrows. Awful experience. Don't go unless you're in the mood to ruin your eyebrows. Makes sense why they were the only place with appointments available. It's a shame, the location is great, as is the potential for this place.
