Mails wurden (wenn überhaupt) erst nach 1-2 Wochen beantwortet. Die Zuständigkeiten ändern sich laufend (wir hatten in einem Jahr 3 Ansprechpartner für die Buchhaltung), was durch häufigen Personalwechsel begründet ist. So entstehen dann auch Fehler, da einige Informationen nicht weiter gegeben wurden. Wirklich schnell kam eigentlich immer nur die Rechnung. Schade, aber wir sind froh, nach dem Wechsel zu einer anderen Kanzlei wieder wirklich "betreut" zu werden.
Vielleicht ist unser Betrieb aber auch einfach nur zu klein für die große Kanzlei.
The excellent expertise (hence 2 stars) is beyond question, but the customer service and correspondence is unfortunately not worth a star.
Mails were (if at all) only answered after 1-2 weeks. The responsibilities are constantly changing (we had 3 contacts for accounting in one year), which is due to frequent personnel changes. This is how errors occur because some information was not passed on. The bill came really quickly. It's a shame, but we're happy to be really "supervised" again after moving to another law firm.
But maybe our company is just too small for the big law firm.
