Zuerst werden mir 10€ zu viel verrechnet, ich bezahlte extra für die express Reinigung, und dann bekomme ich die Schürze auch noch mit Fleck zurück. Alles was ich hörte war: "tut uns leid aber da können wir nichts machen" (?!?!?) kein Geld zurück. 30 Euro bezahlt und nun eine Gutschrift, wobei ich diese Reinigung nicht mehr aufsuchen werde! Könnte man keinen einzigen Stern geben als Bewertung würde ich es tun! In 2 Tagen gehe ich auf eine Hochzeit, wo Tracht verlangt wird und meine Schürze ist dreckig und ich habe 3 Tage verloren. Express cleaning of a dirndl apron (mead stains, so no red wine or similar colored) and a dirndl blouse. First I am charged 10 € too much, I paid extra for express cleaning, and then I get the apron back with a stain. All I heard was: "Sorry but we can't do anything about it" (?!?!?) No money back. 30 euros paid and now a credit, whereby I will not go to this cleaning again! If you couldn't give a single star as a rating I would do it! In 2 days I go to a wedding where dress is required and my apron is dirty and I lost 3 days.

Mir wurde gesagt dass man das normalerweise wieder gerichtet hätte, aber das wurde halt übersehen oder vergessen. Es sei halt so von der (anscheinend extern stattfindenden) Reinigung zurück gekommen... Generell war die Kommunikation etwas mühsam und auch die Wartzeit war mit 1 1/2 Wochen ziemlich lange. Für mich auf jeden Fall ein etwas enttäuschendes Erlebnis At your request my feedback: When returning a button of my suit was half pulled out. I was told that this would normally have been done again, but that was overlooked or forgotten. It was just so come back from the (apparently external) cleaning ... In general, the communication was a bit difficult and the waiting time was with 1 1/2 weeks quite a long time. Definitely a disappointing experience for me
