★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man kriegt die Aussage man ist nicht zu Hause gewesen. Man hinterlässt einen Zettel. Jetzt ist es das 5x wo kein Zettel vorhanden ist. Man ist den ganzen Tag zu Hause und keine sau klingelt. Nur Probleme mit TNT.

Sollte gestern zugestellt werden - angeblich bei uns niemand anzutreffen obwohl 3 Autos vor der Haustüre, alles offen und genug Leute im Haus.
Heute dasselbe wieder angeblich um 16Uhr17 Zuste3llversuch und niemand anzutreffen obwohl volle Besetzung in der Firma,
Da war einfach kein Zustetler!
Von der Service-Hotline wird ein Rückruf versprochen, welcher natürlich auch nicht erfolgt! Wo ist mein Paket mit der dringenden Ware???

Should be delivered yesterday - allegedly to find no one with us although 3 cars in front of the front door, everything open and enough people in the house.
Today the same again, allegedly at 4:17 p.m., attempted addition and no one to be found although the company was full,
There was simply no delivery man!
The service hotline promises a callback, which of course does not take place! Where is my package with the urgent goods ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hab 35€ für Expressversand bezahlt und das Paket wurde nicht zugestellt! War den ganzen Tag zuhause und wunderte mich das nichts kommt... dann sehe ich bei der Sendungsverfolgung Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden es ist ein Zettel hinterlegt sie warten auf Rückmeldung... Es war einfach niemand da, ich hab keinen Zettel! Im Paket befindet sich roher Fisch... Hab dann angerufen und sie stellen morgen nochmal zu oder ich kann das Paket selber holen... und dafür zahlt man 35€!
Paid € 35 for express shipping and the package was not delivered! Was at home all day and was surprised that nothing came ... then I see the parcel could not be delivered during the shipment tracking, there is a note on file, they are waiting for feedback ... There was simply no one there, I have no note! There is raw fish in the package ... Then I called and they will deliver again tomorrow or I can get the package myself ... and you pay 35 € for that!

Delivery service under any criticism, 3 days for 20 km. The shipment has still not arrived.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Zustellversuch erfolglos" ... Schreibt besser gleich: "Keinen Bock mehr gehabt heute zuzustellen! Und morgen (Freitag) stellen wir's auch nicht zu. Pech gehabt!"

"Unsuccessful delivery attempt" ... It's better to write straight away: "I couldn't feel like delivering today! And we won't deliver it tomorrow (Friday) either. Bad luck!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mein Paket wurde einfach vor der Tür in der Nässe abgestellt. Der Karton war stark beschädigt. Da hilft einem leider auch der große rote Aufkleber mir der fragile Beschriftung nicht. Wie ich dann festellen durfte traf das in folge auch auf den inhalt zu. Bei kundenhotline kommt ein kurzes ansageband und man wird aus der Leitung geworfen.
My package was simply parked in front of the door in the wet. The box was badly damaged. Unfortunately, the big red sticker doesn't help with the fragile lettering either. As I was then able to determine, this also applied to the content. At the customer hotline there is a short announcement tape and you are thrown from the line.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine Sendung aus der Slowakei benötigt mit TNT einen Tag bis nach Klagenfurt, soweit so gut, aber dann liegt das Paket mehrere Tage in Klagenfurt rum ohne zugestellt zu werden. Dann hat es einen Zustellversuch gegeben, bei den ich ANGEBLICH nicht anwesend war, obwohl ich den ganzen Tag anwesend war. Ich vermute diesen Zustellversuch hatte es nie gegeben. Ich würde empfehlen auf andere Versanddienstleister auszuweichen, da diese viel zuverlässiger arbeiten als TNT.
A shipment from Slovakia takes one day with TNT to Klagenfurt, so far so good, but then the package lies around in Klagenfurt for several days without being delivered. Then there was a delivery attempt that I SUPPOSEDLY wasn't there, even though I was there all day. I assume this delivery attempt never existed. I would recommend switching to other shipping service providers, as they are much more reliable than TNT.
