1 stern abzug für zu zahlenden frachtanteil bei nicht lagerware
Also für ein fliesenfachcenter mangelhaft
1 star deduction as very bad advice
1 star given because delivery date kept
1 star deduction because 5m2 tiles ordered but only 4.6m2 delivered
1 star deduction because silicone was sold without a point
1 star deduction for freight to be paid for goods that are not in stock
So inadequate for a tile specialist center

Würde keinem raten dort zu kaufen!!!!!
Very bad advice !!!!!! Get tiles for the bathroom from an alleged specialist company that are not allowed to get wet! Furthermore, very bad processing of complaints! 0 understanding
Wouldn't advise anyone to buy there !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schöne und große Ausstellung von fertig verfliesten Bädern. Toll um Ideen zu sammeln und auch bei der Planung wurde uns kompetent geholfen. Die Lieferung und Ausführung wurde pünktlich und in kürzester Zeit zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit erledigt.
Nice and large exhibition of finished tiled bathrooms. Great to collect ideas and we were also given competent help with the planning. The delivery and execution was completed on time and in the shortest time to our complete satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe auf der Suche nach Fliesen für meine Mini-Küche absolute Top-Beratung bekommen, die junge Mitarbeiterin war unendlich geduldig und sehr sehr hilfreich im Finden einer Lösung meines „Problems“. Sie ist wirklich auf jeden meiner Gedanken eingegangen und hat sich wirklich bemüht. Resultat: Das Geschäft mit allen notwendigen Informationen (Preis, Stückzahl, Kombinationsmöglichkeiten und Musterfliesen gegen Kaution) verlassen. Wer denkt, das wäre eh selbstverständlich, der soll mal zu Leeb schauen... Interkeramik kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!
When I was looking for tiles for my mini-kitchen, I received absolutely top advice, the young employee was extremely patient and very, very helpful in finding a solution to my "problem". She really responded to my every thought and really tried her best. Result: Leave the shop with all the necessary information (price, number of items, possible combinations and sample tiles against a deposit). If you think that would be a matter of course anyway, you should take a look at Leeb ... I can definitely recommend Interkeramik!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bedienung war freundlich, hatte aber Baumarkt-Qualitäten (zuerst nicht zu finden, dann war die fachliche Kompetenz nicht zu entdecken). Die eine Dame ging mitten im Gespräch auf Mittagspause. Immerhin schaffte sie es, davor noch ihre Kollegin zu bitten, bei uns weiterzumachen. Nach sinnlosen 20 Minuten haben wir das Geschäft verlassen und waren gleich schlau wie vorher und hatten auch das gewünschte Produkt nicht gekauft.
Operation was friendly, but had hardware store qualities (at first not to be found, then the professional competence was not to be discovered). One of the women went for lunch in the middle of the conversation. After all, she managed to ask her colleague to continue with us. After a senseless 20 minutes we left the shop and were as smart as before and had not bought the desired product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht fähig eine kompetente Beratung zu geben. Ausser verkaufen können Sie anscheinend nichts. Ergebnis : wir besitzen 2 Waschtische die wir nicht brauchen können für ca. €600. Bravo
Not able to give competent advice. Apparently you can't do anything but sell. Result: we have 2 washbasins that we cannot use for around € 600. Bravo
