Die Damen warfen einen Blick darauf und verkündeten, dass sie genau so viel Ahnung hätten vom lesen der Kontoauszüge wie ich und mir nicht weiterhelfen könnten... Wenn das Personal schon keine Ahnung hat wie man die eigenen Daten liest, dann wäre es das mindeste an jemanden verwiesen zu werden, der sich auskennt, anstatt mit einem Achselzucken abgespeist zu werden. Lächerlich. Had a question about the bank statement and asked at the counter. Sie wurde bereits letzte Woche auf heute vertröstet, da anscheinend niemand in der Bank der englischen Sprache mächtig war. Heute wiederum kam sie leider zu spät zum Termin und man sagte ihr sie solle ein anderes Mal mit einem Tolmetscher kommen. Nun ja, ein Schelm der da Böses denkt. Ich für meinen Teil kann mich noch erinnern, dass man nur mit Matura in der Bank arbeiten durfte, aber dem scheint ja jetzt nicht mehr so zu sein. Bei der telefonischen Nachfrage meinerseits, was das Problem sei, bekam ich die Auskunft, dass sie zu spät war. Wir sollten einen Termin vereinbaren und uns 90 Minuten Zeit nehmen, da man ja alles erklären müsse. Komisch, dass man auch bei diesem Geldinstitut ein Konto online eröffnen kann. Lange Rede kurzer Sinn: Schämen Sie sich! A friend of mine with a migration background wanted to open an account with this bank today. B	Bounty Bounty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit über 20 Jahre bin ich Kunde bei der Sparkasse! Mit der Kreditabteilung bin ich nicht zufrieden. Seit eineinhalb Jahren nur Ärger. Eine einfache Bausparauszahlung die man zur Abdeckung eines Kredites verwenden möchte wird zu einem Mega Problem, es wird hin und her überwiesen, von der Bausparkassa bekam ich einen Brief, dass das Konto auf welchen angewiesen wurde das Geld zu überweisen geschlossen ist, weil aus mir nicht erklärbaren Grund auf einmal ein neues Kreditkonto eröffnet wurde, wo man dann endlich den Kredit abdecken konnte brav weiter die Raten eingezogen hat usw. und das beste ist, ich als Kunde muss die Kosten tragen, nur weil das Personal von euch nicht fähig ist das hinzubekommen. Kann die Sparkasse leider nicht mehr weiterempfehlen! I have been a customer of the Sparkasse for over 20 years! I'm not happy with the credit department. Just trouble for a year and a half.
