P	Paint punk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War am Anfang positiv von der Bank überzeugt. Ich war zuerst in St .Georgen bei einem super netten und kompetenten Team. Da mein Berater aber wechselte ging ich zur Raiba in telfs ...Naja es gibt einige Sachen die mir negativ aufgefallen sind. Zuerst wurde mir eine neue Bankomatkarte zugesendet ohne mein wissen. Die an meine alte Adresse gesendet wurde. Dies wurde aber auch erst nach Monaten auffällig, nachdem ich angerufen wurde und gefragt wurde warum ich diese nicht nutze. Hab sie immer noch nicht erhalten. (Selbst nachdem ich ihm die richtige Adresse mitgeteilt habe) Bekomme wenigstens jetzt Werbung die ich unbedingt haben wollte. ;) Eine weitere Sache die mich sehr gestört hat ist die App. Diese ist nur ab und an verfügbar oder geht gar nicht. Was noch dazukommt sind die vergleichsweise hohen Zinsen und Nebenkosten. Habe mich bei anderen Anbietern Informiert die mir besser Zinsen für ein ähnliches Produkt anbieten. Also bei aller Liebe kann ich diese Bank nicht weiterempfehlen. Was initially positive about the bank. I was first in St.Georgen with a super nice and competent team. But since my consultant changed, I went to Raiba in telfs ... Well, there are some things that I noticed negatively. First a new ATM card was sent to me without my knowledge. That was sent to my old address. But this only became noticeable after months after I was called and asked why I didn't use it. I still haven't received it. (Even after I gave him the correct address) At least now get advertisements that I really wanted. ;) Another thing that bothered me a lot is the app. This is only available from time to time or does not work at all. What is also added are the comparatively high interest and ancillary costs. I got information from other providers who offer me better interest for a similar product. So with all my love, I cannot recommend this bank.
